摘要
以煤为原料试制了脱硫脱硝活性炭,并模仿烟道气条件进行了脱硫脱硝实验,结果表明:以长焰煤为主制成的活性炭脱硫性能好。为保证活性炭的耐磨强度,必须加入适量的焦煤,其加入量的最佳质量分数为25%。采用炭化温度在650℃以上,活化温度在850℃以上的制备工艺,并在活化后增加后氧化工序,可使活性炭的脱硝性能大大提高。
Activated carbons were prepared from various coals and employed to remove NO, and SOX from a simulated flue gas. Results show that the best activated carbon tested, in terms of de-NO, and de-SOX performance, is produced from sub-bituminous coal. The addition of coking coal can decrease the abrasive wear of the activated carbon in a fluidized bed, and the optimum amount of coking coal is determined to be 25 w/%. A postoxidation process can be used to greatly improve the de-SOX and de-NO, performance of the resultant activated carbons.
