摘要
对大同、太西和荔波3种活性焦的物理结构及表面性质进行了分析检测,使用模拟烟气进行了脱除SO2实验。结果表明,活性焦脱硫过程分为3个阶段:初始阶段SO2的脱除率接近100%,该阶段时间的长短取决于活性位的数量;第2阶段SO2的脱除效率呈快速下降趋势;第3阶段下降速度趋缓,该阶段脱硫率与硫酸的脱附速率和微孔数量及表面张力有关。太西活性焦第1阶段SO2脱除性能最好,与SEM图显示的太西焦有更多的尖角缺陷,因此活性位最多相关;第3阶段大同活性焦脱硫性能最好,与其微孔孔容大和微孔数量多有关。活性焦表面O/C比越高,脱硫性能越差。活性焦对SO2的脱除作用与碱性含氧官能团含量有明显相关关系,太西活性焦碱性氧官能团含量高,其脱硫性能好。活性焦表面含氮量越高,其脱除SO2的性能越好。
The analysis and measurement results of the physical structure and surface properties of Datong,Taixi and Libo activated cokes,and the SO2 removal tests of three cokes by using simulating flue gas were introduced.The results show that the desulphurization process can be divided into three stages:during 1st stage,SO2 removal efficiency is near 100%,the length of this stage is decided by the amount of active sites;during 2nd stage,SO2 removal efficiency drops quickly;for the third stage,SO2 removal efficiency drops slowly,this has relative with the desorption rate of H2SO4·nH2O and the amount of micro hole and the surface tension.Taixi coke efficiency is the highest in 1st stage,since it has more active sites that analyzed according to SEM spectra.While Datong coke is the best in 3rd stage,because it has largest micro volume and amount of micro holes.The higher of O/C ratio on the activated coke surface,the worse of SO2 removal efficiency.There is a good proportion relationship between the SO2 removal efficiency and the concentration of basic oxygen functional groups.Taixi coke has highest concentration of basic oxygen functional groups,and its SO2 removal efficiency is the best.The concentration of nitrogen on activated coke surface is higher,the SO2 removal efficiency is better.
