摘要
在30~35℃高温胁迫条件下,对早熟花椰菜叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数和叶片抗氧化系统进行研究。结果表明,35℃高温胁迫情况下,叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量比对照下降25%以上;叶绿素荧光参数,包括原初光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)、光合电子传递量子效率(φPs Ⅱ)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)均低于对照。另一方面,抗氧化酶,包括超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、愈创木酚过氧化物酶(GPX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性以及抗坏血酸(ASA、DASA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH、GSSG)等抗氧化剂的含量在高温胁迫下明显升高。
Effects of high temperature stress on chlorophyll, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and antioxidant systems in early cauliflower leaves were studied. Under high temperature condition, the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and carotenoid decreased by more than 25 percent as compared with the control. The intrinsic photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm), quantum yield of PSⅡ(φPSⅡ) and photochemical quenching (qP) decreased as well by high temperature stress. On the other hand, SOD, APX, GPX, CAT activities and ascorbate (AsA, DAsA) content, glutathione (GSH, GSSG) content increased under high temperature stress.
