摘要
高校二级管理体制下,结合二级学院(系部)教学秘书的工作现状,从思想意识、业务能力、发展前景等方面提出了做好教学秘书工作的四大落脚点。
Under universities second level management system,the combination of second College (Department,Ministry) teaching secretarial work situation,from ideology,competence,development prospects and so on,proposed four foothold of teaching secretarial work.
