摘要
科举制在古代中国社会结构中占居中心地位,它与古代中国社会结构发生着深层次的互动。科举社会学是以"科举制与社会的互动关系"为研究对象的学科或研究领域,它着重探讨科举制的社会建构过程、科举制内部的社会系统、科举制的社会功能及其实现机制,其研究价值在于其对科举学学科的价值和对现代考试改革的价值。
