摘要
以Denison模型为评价工具,以浙江省中小企业为调查对象,实证评价了浙江省中小企业文化发展水平。主要研究结论包括:一是Denison模型完全适合浙江省中小企业文化评价;二是企业文化与企业经营业绩呈极显著相关;三是浙江省中小企业文化水平只有70分(假设企业文化总分为100分),并不高;四是浙江省中小企业文化的关键影响因子是组织学习、内部共识、核心价值观、授权和愿景。
The paper, taking the Denison model as the evaluation tool and the small and medium-sized businesses in Zhejiang Province as the investigation objects, appraises the development level of the corporate culture of these enterprises.
