摘要
企业绩效是企业家能力、企业家生产性努力、企业家掌握的资源数量和质量以及环境的随机因素的函数。本文论述了如何解决企业家的能力问题以及企业家的生产性努力问题 ,并讨论这两者之间相互影响的关系。
Enterprise performance is the function of entrepreneurial abilities,productive efforts,rights of control and random factors in environment i e .The paper deals with matching enterprises performance with entrepreneurial abilities as well as productive efforts.And we further discuss the interaction between entrepreneurial ability and effort.
