摘要
目的探讨头针同步运动疗法对缺血性脑卒中患者下肢运动功能的影响.方法选取该院2019年8月—2020年11月收治的70例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=35)、对照组(n=35).对照组采用先头针后运动疗法治疗,观察组采用头针同步运动疗法治疗,均治疗8周.观察并对比两组患者治疗前后的下肢运动功能、平衡功能以及日常生活能力.结果治疗前,两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表下肢部分(FMA-LE)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组FMA-LE评分、BBS评分、MBI评分分别为(20.58±4.00)分、(37.94±6.76)分、(69.15±9.97)分,观察组FMA-LE评分、BBS评分、MBI评分分别为(25.50±3.81)分、(45.41±4.02)分、(79.19±7.95)分,两组上述评分均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组上述评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论头针同步运动疗法能有效改善缺血性脑卒中患者的下肢运动功能及平衡功能,提高其日常生活能力.
Objective To investigate the effect of scalp acupuncture synchronous exercise therapy on lower extremity motor function in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 70 ischemic stroke patients admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into an observation group(n=35)and a control group(n=35).The control group was treated with scalp acupuncture followed by exercise therapy,while the observation group was treated with scalp acupuncture synchronous exercise therapy,both for 8 weeks.The lower extremity motor function,balance function and daily living ability of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in fuglmeyer assessment-lower extremities(FMA-LE),Berg balance scale(BBS),and modified Barthel index(MBI)scores(P>0.05);after treatment,the FMA-LE score,BBS score,and MBI score of the control group were(20.58±4.00)points,(37.94±6.76)points,and(69.15±9.97)points,respectively,the FMA-LE score,BBS score,and MBI score of the observation group were(25.50±3.81)points,(45.41±4.02)points,and(79.19±7.95)points,respectively,the above scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture synchronous exercise therapy can effectively improve the lower extremity motor function and balance function of patients with ischemic stroke,and improve their daily living ability.
