国家形象、规则塑造能力与中国碳市场演进 被引量:1

摘要 中国碳市场的演进,既受国内行政因素的影响,也与全球气候治理、国际能源形势密切相关。本文力图从国家形象与规则塑造能力两个层面考察国际因素对中国碳市场演进的影响,并在对比2009年以来中国碳市场与全球气候领域发生的重要事件的基础之上,分析中国碳市场与国际因素的互动机制。本文认为,中国碳市场的成功推进有利于中国塑造一个负责任的排放大国的形象。同时,一个健全的碳市场也有助于中国在气候领域获得相应的规则塑造能力。对国际因素的回顾能帮助我们更好地理解中国碳市场发展的脉络,并在此基础上进一步探讨未来中国碳市场发展的可能方向。 The evolution of China's carbon market is not only influenced by domestic administrative factors,but also closely related to global climate governance and international energy situation.This paper tries to investigate the influence of international factors on the evolution of China's carbon market from the perspective of national image and rule-shaping capacity,and analyzes the interaction mechanism between China's carbon market and international factors based on the comparison of the important events in China's carbon market and global climate field since 2009.This paper argues that the successful promotion of China's carbon market is conducive to China's image as a responsible emitter.At the same time,a sound carbon market will also help China gain the ruleshaping capacity in the climate governance.The review of international factors can help us better understand the development of China's carbon market and further explore the possible future development direction of the carbon market on this basis.
