Enhancing the regeneration of cartilage defects remains challenging owing to limited innate self-healing as well as acute inflammation arising from the overexpression of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in post-traumatic m...Enhancing the regeneration of cartilage defects remains challenging owing to limited innate self-healing as well as acute inflammation arising from the overexpression of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in post-traumatic microenvironments.Recently,stem cell-derived exosomes(Exos)have been developed as potential cell-free therapy for cartilage regeneration.Although this approach promotes chondrogenesis,it neglects the emerging inflammatory microenvironment.In this study,a smart bilayer-hydrogel dual-loaded with sodium diclofenac(DC),an anti-inflammatory drug,and Exos from bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells was developed to mitigate initial-stage inflammation and promote late-stage stem-cell recruitment and chondrogenic differentiation.First,the upper-hydrogel composed of phenylboronic-acid-crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol degrades in response to elevated levels of ROS to release DC,which mitigates oxidative stress,thus reprogramming macrophages to the pro-healing state.Subsequently,Exos are slowly released from the lower-hydrogel composed of hyaluronic acid into an optimal microenvironment for the stimulation of chondrogenesis.Both in vitro and in vivo assays confirmed that the dual-loaded bilayer-hydrogel reduced post-traumatic inflammation and enhanced cartilage regeneration by effectively scavenging ROS and reprogramming macrophages.The proposed platform provides multi-staged therapy,which allows for the optimal harnessing of Exos as a therapeutic for cartilage regeneration.展开更多

Introduction:Enterococci are considered opportunistic pathogens.However,they can serve as a reservoir of antibacterial resistance(ABR)traits and transfer these to humans through the food chain.Methods:Antibiotic susce...Introduction:Enterococci are considered opportunistic pathogens.However,they can serve as a reservoir of antibacterial resistance(ABR)traits and transfer these to humans through the food chain.Methods:Antibiotic susceptibility testing and multilocus sequence typing were used to characterize the ABR and population structure of 488 enterococcal isolates recovered along the food chain from four provincial-level administrative divisions(PLADs)in China.Results:Enterococcus faecalis(E.faecalis)was the dominant species cultured from pig farms and retail meat,while Enterococcus faecium(E.faecium)and Enterococcus casseliflavus were dominant in patients with diarrhea and retail fruits and vegetables,respectively.Approximately 67%of all Enterococcus isolates were multidrug-resistant(MDR).E.faecium resistance to ampicillin and penicillin was significantly higher than that of E.faecalis.The E.faecalis isolates exhibited substantially heterologous sequence types(STs),whereas E.faecium isolates were clearly divided into clonal complex(CC)CC17 and CC94 clades.E.faecium isolates were mainly detected in hospitalized children and were identified as the hospital-associated CC17 clade with ampicillin and penicillin resistance.Notably,E.faecalis ST16 and ST65 and E.faecium ST60 and ST94 detected in patients with diarrhea were also detected in farm and food samples,indicating that these STs should be closely monitored.The community-lineage E.faecium CC94 clade was detected in patients with diarrhea,implying that community isolates might find their way into hospitals.Conclusion:This study highlights the One Health challenges posed by enterococci important to human health and the need to implement integrated preventive measures for their control.展开更多

Understanding ACL loading mechanisms and risk factors for ACL injury is critical for designing effective prevention programs. The purpose of this review is to summarize the relevant literature on ACL loading mechanisms, ACL injury risk factors, and current ACL injury prevention programs for soccer players. Literature has shown that tibial anterior translation due to shear force at the proximal end of tibia is the primary ACL loading mechanism. No evidence has been found showing that knee valgus moment is the primary ACL loading mechanism. ACL loading mechanisms are largely ignored in previous studies on risk factors for ACL injury. Identified risk factors have little connections to ACL loading mechanisms. The results of studies on ACL injury prevention programs for soccer players are inconsistent. Current ACL injury prevention programs for soccer players are clinically ineffective due to low compliance. Future studies are urgently needed to identify risk factors for ACL injury in soccer that are connected to ACL loading mechanisms and have cause-and-effect relationships with injury rate, and to develop new prevention programs to improve compliance.展开更多

Meth...Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of horizontal and vertical velocities at the landing of the last step of approach run on the performance and optimal phase ratio of the triple jump. Methods: Three-dimensional kinematic data of 13 elite male triple jumpers were obtained during a competition. Computer simulations were performed using a biomechanical model of the triple jump to determine the longest actual distance using the optimal phase ratio with altered horizontal and vertical velocities at the landing of the last step of approach run. Results: The actual distance obtained using the optimal phase ratio significantly increased as the horizontal velocity at the landing of the last step of approach run increased (p = 0.001) and the corresponding downward vertical velocity decreased (p = 0.001). Increasing horizontal velocity at the landing of the last step of approach run decreased optimal hop percentage and increased optimal jump percentage (p = 0.001), while decreasing corresponding downward vertical velocity increased optimal hop percentage and decreased optimal jump percentage (p = 0.001). Conclusion: The effects of the velocities at the landing of the last step of approach run on the optimal phase ratio were generally small and did not qualitatively alter optimal techniques.展开更多

Objective:To explore the mechanism of Simiao Yong'an Decoction in treating deep venous thrombosis based on the method of network pharmacology.Methods:Through TCMSP database,the effective components of each traditi...Objective:To explore the mechanism of Simiao Yong'an Decoction in treating deep venous thrombosis based on the method of network pharmacology.Methods:Through TCMSP database,the effective components of each traditional Chinese medicine in Simiao Yong'an Decoction were obtained and their targets were predicted.The targets of deep venous thrombosis were collected by CTD database,and the key targets were obtained by intersection of the component targets and the disease targets;Protein-Protein Interaction(PPI)network was constructed by String database.The drugs-components-targets-disease network map was constructed by using the software of Cytoscape 3.7.2.GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment of Simiao Yong'an Decoction in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis were analyzed by using the plug-in of ClueGo.Results:121 effective components and 137 potential targets of Simiao Yong'an Decoction were obtained.There were 1172 targets of deep venous thrombosis.There were 214 biological processes analyzed by GO Biological Process and 72 pathways analyzed by KEGG analysis.Conclusion:Simiao Yong'an Decoction may act on ESR1,AR,PTGS2 and other key targets,as well as AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,RLX signaling pathway and other pathways to treat deep venous thrombosis.展开更多

Identified risk factors have little connections to ACL loading mechanisms. The results of studies on ACL injury prevention programs for soccer players are inconsistent. Current ACL injury prevention programs for soccer players are clinically ineffective due to low compliance. Future studies are urgently needed to identify risk factors for ACL injury in soccer that are connected to ACL loading mechanisms and have cause-and-effect relationships with injury rate, and to develop new prevention programs to improve compliance.

文摘Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of horizontal and vertical velocities at the landing of the last step of approach run on the performance and optimal phase ratio of the triple jump. Methods: Three-dimensional kinematic data of 13 elite male triple jumpers were obtained during a competition. Computer simulations were performed using a biomechanical model of the triple jump to determine the longest actual distance using the optimal phase ratio with altered horizontal and vertical velocities at the landing of the last step of approach run. Results: The actual distance obtained using the optimal phase ratio significantly increased as the horizontal velocity at the landing of the last step of approach run increased (p = 0.001) and the corresponding downward vertical velocity decreased (p = 0.001). Increasing horizontal velocity at the landing of the last step of approach run decreased optimal hop percentage and increased optimal jump percentage (p = 0.001), while decreasing corresponding downward vertical velocity increased optimal hop percentage and decreased optimal jump percentage (p = 0.001). Conclusion: The effects of the velocities at the landing of the last step of approach run on the optimal phase ratio were generally small and did not qualitatively alter optimal techniques.

文摘In recent years,leisure individual travel has become a trend of tourism development.Visitors are highly dependent on the public service system of scenic spots.The educational circles at home and abroad are paying more and more attention to the study of tourism public services.Based on the theory of tourist satisfaction evaluation,this paper made an empirical study on the tourism public service system of Kunyu Mountain National Forest Park.It was found that there was a contradiction between the demand for tourism public services and the actual supply in Kunyu Mountain National Forest Park.Based on this,some measures were put forward,such as strengthening the construction of tourist information signs in scenic spots,strengthening the construction of communication facilities and convenient services for tourists,strengthening the training and supervision of service practitioners,and construction of organizations for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of tourists.
文摘Non-contact anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury can occur in many sports.It is interrelated with gender,anatomy,biomechanics,and neuromuscular control.Taekwondo athletes have a higher incidence of ACL injury than athletes from other sports.Objective:This study aimed to determine the biomechanical gender differences and mechanism of taekwondo athletes with ACL injury.Methods:A total of 28 taekwondo athletes(aged 14–19 years)were randomly selected and grouped by gender.Feet high floor,one foot high floor,and single leg squat were analyzed by a Vicon motion analysis system and Kistler 3D force platform for action.The knee joint angle and ground force were evaluated.Results:Results demonstrated biomechanical differences in knee joint between male and female athletes.Conclusion:ACL injury in taekwondo female athletes indicated the biomechanical mechanism of the knee joint,and it can be prevented by neuromuscular control training.

文摘Objective:To explore the mechanism of Simiao Yong'an Decoction in treating deep venous thrombosis based on the method of network pharmacology.Methods:Through TCMSP database,the effective components of each traditional Chinese medicine in Simiao Yong'an Decoction were obtained and their targets were predicted.The targets of deep venous thrombosis were collected by CTD database,and the key targets were obtained by intersection of the component targets and the disease targets;Protein-Protein Interaction(PPI)network was constructed by String database.The drugs-components-targets-disease network map was constructed by using the software of Cytoscape 3.7.2.GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment of Simiao Yong'an Decoction in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis were analyzed by using the plug-in of ClueGo.Results:121 effective components and 137 potential targets of Simiao Yong'an Decoction were obtained.There were 1172 targets of deep venous thrombosis.There were 214 biological processes analyzed by GO Biological Process and 72 pathways analyzed by KEGG analysis.Conclusion:Simiao Yong'an Decoction may act on ESR1,AR,PTGS2 and other key targets,as well as AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,RLX signaling pathway and other pathways to treat deep venous thrombosis.

文摘The 21st century is the era of marine economy.The Chinese government attaches great importance to the development and utilization of marine resources.With the support of national marine policies,the development of marine tourism industry in Yantai has changed with each passing day,and the content of tourism products developed by Yantai is also constantly innovating.In this study,by using literature research,data analysis and other methods,the development of marine tourism resources in Yantai was analyzed.The results show that the marine tourism products in Yantai are not well-known,less competitive,and are difficult to form a scale advantage.Therefore,some measures to promote the development of tourism industry in Yantai were proposed,such as optimizing and upgrading marine tourism products in Yantai,strengthening regional cooperation to increase product awareness,improving the structure scale of products in scenic spots to enhance competitiveness,attaching importance to the application of science and technology and strengthening product innovation.

文摘Objective:To infer the training load from the characteristics of heart rate changes of elite sprinters during maximum intensity training.Methods:Different training loads were determined according to different running distances.Multi-person running in the same group was used to collect the heart rate data of elite sprinters during speed training.Results:the heart rate level was directly related to the exercise load.During the maximum intensity exercise,the heart rate generally increased for about 12 s after the race,which was about 110%of the end-point heart rate.Compared with the low load group(60m),the heart rate of the high load group(100m)continued to rise,but the maximum heart rate level was higher than that of the low load group.The exercise intensity and heart rate change rate of the low load group are greater,the work done by the high load group is more,and the envelope area of the heart rate curve is larger.During intermittent training,under the condition of controlling the interval between groups,the heart rate curve envelope area of the low load group is small,the physical recovery is good,the parameter consistency of each group is good,the heart rate curve envelope area of the high load group is large,and the heart rate response decreases gradually.

These attacks include injection attack by XQuey function in application software. These include BaseX, eXist and MarkLogic. In order to defeat these attacks, countermeasures are proposed.
