The coatings were formed on the iron plate by UV curing technology. The study of the best formula of plating solution of tin plating with stannous methyl sulfonate/stannous chloride was based on the brush- plating technology. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM), zeta potential polarization measurement (TAFEL curve), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) of the coating were characterized. The experimental results showed that the plating solution of stannous methyl sulfonate system was more stable. The coating surface was more smooth and detailed than the stannous chloride system. The coating thickness and corrosion resistance were not as good as stannous chloride system. However, the rare earth metal cerium could make the coating surface brighter and finer. The coating corrosion resistance was changed.展开更多
