The human hepatitis B virus (HBV) and the duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) share several fundamental features. Both viruses have a partially double-stranded DNA genome that is replicated via a RNA intermediate and the coding open reading frames (ORFs) overlap extensively. In addition, the genomic and structural organization, as well as replication and biological characteristics, are very similar in both viruses. Host of the key features of hepadnaviral infection were first discovered in the DHBV model system and subsequently confirmed for HBV. There are, however, several differences between human HBV and DHBV. This review will focus on the molecular and cellular biology, evolution, and host adaptation of the avian hepatitis B viruses with particular emphasis on DHBV as a model system. 展开更多

Screening of Antagonistic Bacteria against Phytophthora infestans and Its Inhibition Effect 被引量:3

[ Objective ] The paper was to screen bacterial strain with significant antagonistic effect against Phytophthora infestans, so as to provide basis for further development and utilization of antagonistic bacteria to inhibit P. infestans and control potato late bright. [ Method] Plate dual culture and filter paper method were used to determine the inhibition effect of strains in vivo, fermentation broth and bacterial liquid of 61 strains against P. infestans and the resistance-induction effect of SR13-2 strain. [ Result] The inhibition rate of 24 strains among 61 tested strains against mycelial growth of P. infestans was greater than 60%, and the inhibi- tion effect of HT-6 strain was the strongest with the inhibition rate of 89.92%. However, fermentation broth of all tested strains had no significant inhibition effect against P. infestans, while the inhibition effect of bacterial liquid of most strains was significantly higher than strain in vivo; the inhibition effect of $34-1 strain was the strongest with inhibition rate of 91.50%. The bacterial liquid of SR13-2 strain was found to have significant resistance-induction effect with protective rate of 60%. [ Conclusion] The inhibition effect of strains in vivo and fermentation broth of antagonistic strains S34-1 and SR13-2 had no relationship with each other, while bacterial liquid had great application potential in controlling potato late bright. 展开更多

生成整体论视角下“动宾动词+名宾”构式的生成--构式创新的一个动因 被引量:11

生成整体论认为,整体和部分不是简单的还原关系,而是大整体和小整体的关系;小整体的意义是不确定的,是由大整体决定的,大整体的大环境可以促使小整体在相邻关系制约下直接影响或决定小整体的语义识解,小整体又可以促成某一构式(大整体)... 生成整体论认为,整体和部分不是简单的还原关系,而是大整体和小整体的关系;小整体的意义是不确定的,是由大整体决定的,大整体的大环境可以促使小整体在相邻关系制约下直接影响或决定小整体的语义识解,小整体又可以促成某一构式(大整体)的生成。本文在生成整体论的基本原则和徐盛桓"双及物构式的生成过程和机理"的启发下发现:动宾动词+名宾构式中动宾式动词的及物化过程,是构式作为大整体对作为其成分动词的小整体在相邻/相似原则制约下使小整体发生形式/语义异范畴化的过程,是构式作为大整体通过反映人类认知特征的相邻律和集约律支配动宾式动词成分(小整体)的形式和语义选择,再通过相似律的制约使动宾式动词获得及物动词的一般特征,最终使动宾式动词进入动宾构式,实现及物化。这个过程不是随意的,而是人类认知特征在构式组织过程的具体反映。这一机制不仅可以解释动宾式动词+名宾构式的生成,也可以解释其他构式创新的动因。 展开更多

The new oxovanadium (V) complex, [PyH][VO2(L)] 1 (salicyladehyde 5-bromo salicyloylhydrazone is abbreviated as H2L; Hpy is protonated pyridine) was obtained from a refluxed solution of VOSO4 and H2L in acetonitrile-methanol-pyridine. Similarly, another new complex, [VO(L)(OCH3)] 2 was synthesized by refluxing VOSO4 and H2L in methanol-pyridine. Crystal data for 1: C19H15N3O5BrV, Mr= 496.2, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 7.1885(3), b = 9.2718(3), c = 28.803(1) A, β = 96.185(1)°, Z = 4 and V = 1908.6(1) A3; for 2: C15H12N2O5BrV, Mr= 431.1, monoclinic, P2,/n, a = 12.202(2), b = 8.045(2), c = 16.604(3) A, β = 101.29(3)°, Z = 4 and V = 1598.4(2) A3. The structures of 1 and 2 have been determined by X-ray analyses and reveal that the coordination environments of V atoms in both complexes are of square-based pyramid. Three of the four based donor atoms are from the tridentate 'ONO' donor ligand while the fourth is one terminal oxygen atom with the V(1) - O(3) distance 1.646(4) A for 1 and one -OCH3 group with the V(1)-O(3) distance 1.753(3) A for 2. The V(1)-O(4) terminals occupy the axial sites in both cases. The complexes are also characterized by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopies. 展开更多

文章主要研究"V-neg-VO"与"VO-neg-V"两种正反问句的生成机制。我们认为正反问句中的"V-neg-V"是由基础形式的动词"V"带上能够恰当表达动词体的否定词和动词的重叠形式构成。单音节动词重叠后... 文章主要研究"V-neg-VO"与"VO-neg-V"两种正反问句的生成机制。我们认为正反问句中的"V-neg-V"是由基础形式的动词"V"带上能够恰当表达动词体的否定词和动词的重叠形式构成。单音节动词重叠后构成的形式是"A-neg-A",双音节动词重叠构成的形式主要有"A-neg-AB"和"AB-neg-A"两种。"A-neg-A"和"AB-neg-AB"这两种形式与"A-neg-AB"之间的差异导致了分别生成"V-neg-VO"正反问句和"VO-neg-V"问句。正反问句中的I范围内的标识语气类型的中心语Foc具有的特征决定了两种正反问句中的"V-neg-V"形式和"VO-neg-V"形式移位至Foc位置。正反问句的语气类型已经通过中心语Foc得到标识,所以正反问句不需要投射至C来重复进行标识。 展开更多
