目的探讨学生担任标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)的以病例为引导的教学模式(case based learning,CBL)教学方法在外科见习教学中的应用效果。方法在中山大学附属第三医院2009及2010级临床医学八年制专业学生的外科见习教学中,带...目的探讨学生担任标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)的以病例为引导的教学模式(case based learning,CBL)教学方法在外科见习教学中的应用效果。方法在中山大学附属第三医院2009及2010级临床医学八年制专业学生的外科见习教学中,带教老师准备SP病例并对学生进行培训,由学生担任SP并采取CBL进行教学。通过学生问卷调查、病历分析考试得分率及实习病历考核成绩分析教学效果。结果 100.0%学生接受并认为从该方法获得进步,分别有86.7%、86.7%、70.0%及66.7%学生认为在问诊技巧、临床思维能力、医患沟通能力、主动学习能力方面有进步。进入实习阶段后,学生在问诊能力、病历书写及临床思维满意度方面的得分率分别为83.3%、80.0%及80.0%。与传统教学方法相比,该教学方法学生实习病历考核总分较高[(89.7±2.6)分vs.(87.2±3.3)分],差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论学生担任SP的CBL教学方法能有效提高外科见习教学质量,培养学生临床思维,提高主动学习能力。展开更多
