With the implementation of China’s innovation-driven development strategy,the competition among sci-tech talents has become increasingly fierce.Stimulating the innovative vigor of sci-tech talents has become a hot to...With the implementation of China’s innovation-driven development strategy,the competition among sci-tech talents has become increasingly fierce.Stimulating the innovative vigor of sci-tech talents has become a hot topic in theoretical research and policy practice.Based on the data from 246 questionnaires collected from sci-tech talents in Hebei province,this study explored the influence mechanism of an inclusive organizational climate on innovation input from technological talents and verified the mediating effects of innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation.The results indicate that an inclusive organizational climate has a significant positive impact on innovation input,innovation self-efficacy,and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech talents.Both innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation play a partial mediating role between an inclusive climate and innovation input.This study verified the important role of an inclusive climate in an organization’s human resource management practices and encouraged managers to emphasize enhancing the innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech talents,thereby continuously improving the level of innovation.展开更多

Along with the changes in China's development stage and internal and external conditions,sci-techinnovation has become the core driving force for China's high-quality economic development in the new era.From t...Along with the changes in China's development stage and internal and external conditions,sci-techinnovation has become the core driving force for China's high-quality economic development in the new era.From the perspective of financedriven technological progress,this paper constructs an endogenous growth DSGE model to analyze the relationship between financial resource allocation,technological progress,and economic growth.This study proves the counter-cyclicality of technological innovation in China,and finds that the allocation of financial resources between enterprises'productive investment and innovation investment can affect economic growth by changing the scale of factor inputs and technological progress rate,and that there is a see-saw relationship between these two effects,with thelatter dominant.On that basis,this paper explains the dynamic transmission mechanism among finance,technology and economy.During theeeconomic expansion period,enterprises expand their production scale,financial resources providemoreesupport to productive investment,with less support to innovation investment,thus the technological progress rate goes down;and during the economic contraction period,enterprises reduce their production scale,ffinancial resources cut support to productive investmentand turn to innovation investment,SO technologicalpl rogress rategoes up.The implications of this study on policy are as follows:when faced with new contradictions and challenges in the current development stage,China should get a grip on the new development pattern,seize new opportunities,further deepen financial reforms,optimize the financial resource allocation mechanism,encourage innovation investment,and give full play to the role ofequity markets in supporting corporate R&D and innovation.Meanwhile,coupling with prudent and moderate macro-control policies,China should provide a positive macroenvironment for corporate innovation,stimulate corporate on innovation demand,promote technological progress,andboost high-quality economic devel展开更多
We introduce evolutionary game method to analyze low-price collusion in inquiry market of Sci-Tech Innovation Board of China(SIBC)from the perspective of strategic interaction between large institutional investors(LII...We introduce evolutionary game method to analyze low-price collusion in inquiry market of Sci-Tech Innovation Board of China(SIBC)from the perspective of strategic interaction between large institutional investors(LIIs),small and medium-sized institutional investors(SMIIs),and supervision department(SD).The results show that supervision behaviors of SD,and quotation behaviors of institutional investors,are subject to supervision conditions.Under the condition that benefits of tough supervision are lower a lot than minimum benefits of light supervision(light supervision condition),SD will choose light supervision and institutional investors will turn to illegal quotation in response.Finally,a steady-state equilibrium with low-price collusion will form in SIBC’s inquiry market even with a large supervision penalty for illegal quotation.On the contrary,under the condition that benefits of tough supervision are higher a lot than maximum benefits of light supervision(tough supervision condition)and with a large penalty for illegal quotation,SD and institutional investors will choose tough supervision and legal quotation.Further numerical simulations under light supervision condition show that:(1)High-price culling rule will become a booster for low-price collusion and accelerate SMIIs’evolutionary process to imitative quotation.(2)Blindly increasing penalties for illegal quotation or reducing the culling rate is not an appropriate approach to solve the problem of low-price collusion since it cannot shift supervision condition from light into tough and make SD supervise toughly.(3)Institutional investors’choices of quotation strategies are more volatile and highly susceptible to supervision behaviors of SD when facing exogenous uncertainty.Therefore,the keys to solving the problem of low-price collusion are shifting supervision condition from light into tough through increasing incremental benefits of tough supervision,and providing institutional investors with a stable and predictable supervision policy.In concl展开更多
