摘要
科学技术与社会文化具有同构性 ,这为揭示文化对科学技术的作用机制提供了新的视角。文化因素对科学技术的作用表现在 :观念文化对科学技术的选择与导向作用 ,制度文化对科学技术的保证与制约作用 ,器物文化对科学技术的载体与基础作用。在我国实施“科教兴国”战略的过程中 ,必须着力建设有利于科学技术持续发展的文化。
In this paper, based on the same construct of social culture and Sci-Tech, the writer expands and proves that the selection and guide effect of spirit culture on Sci-Tech development. The guarantee and confinement effect of institution culture on Sci-Tech development, the carrier and basis effect of material culture on Sci-Tech development, puts forward that it is necessary for us to make greet efforts to construct the culture contributing to sustainable development of Sci-Tech in order to prompt national development through Sci-Tech.
