He thinks the following points should be c0nsidered in housing planning and design: 1) Residents’ new and higher demands on housing as a result of higher living standard; 2) A sense of belonging in a residential area; 3) Models befitting typical Chinese families; 4) Quality of building materials; 4)" Incremental proportion" of design; 5 ) Economy of energy resources; 6) Prefabricated units; 7) Residential district administration.展开更多
