目的探讨老年人肠内营养不耐受的影响因素。方法采集2017年3月—2019年1月期间在福建省立医院干部特诊一科住院、年龄>60岁、有使用补充性肠内营养制剂的患者,对入选患者均填写老年综合评估表及肠内营养情况监测表,使用社会科学统计...目的探讨老年人肠内营养不耐受的影响因素。方法采集2017年3月—2019年1月期间在福建省立医院干部特诊一科住院、年龄>60岁、有使用补充性肠内营养制剂的患者,对入选患者均填写老年综合评估表及肠内营养情况监测表,使用社会科学统计软件包(Solutions Statistical Package for the Social Sciences,SPSS)软件建立数据库,分析肠内营养不耐受的影响因素。结果多因素回归分析显示:抗生素的使用、喂养途径、焦虑症、抑郁症、胃肠道手术史、消化系统基础疾病对肠内营养不耐受有影响(P<0.05)。结论对于老年患者,有必要在进行老年综合评估后,明确肠内营养不耐受的相关因素,及时采取相应措施,保证肠内营养的顺利进行。展开更多

Of several methods,nutritional surveillane adding to the standard nutritional promotion should be used. Not only the basic medical and nutritional science but also other sciences should be integrated into a complete nutritional surveillance.Applied new technology especailly for the medical informatics should be used.The multidisciplinary project between medical science workers and other non -medical science workers is also recommended.展开更多
