The electrochemical behavior of chondroition sulfate(CS)at bismuth film modified glassy carbon electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry and linear scan voltammetry.At pH 5.0 B-R buffer solution,a sensitive irrevers...The electrochemical behavior of chondroition sulfate(CS)at bismuth film modified glassy carbon electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry and linear scan voltammetry.At pH 5.0 B-R buffer solution,a sensitive irreversible reductive peak was found at a potential of-0.9 V(vs SCE).Experimental conditions were optimized.An excellent linear relation between the CS concentration and peak current was obtained over the 0.8 to 16mg·L-1 range.Linear regression equation was ip=1.842+7.489c(mg·L-1)with coefficients R greater than 0.9976.A concentration detection level was as low as 0.5 mg·mL-1.Impurity effect was carefully considered.This work provides a fast and simple approach for the determination of CS.The results were satisfying when the method was extended to the analysis of a real CS sample.展开更多
