建立了四极杆-线形离子阱液相色谱质谱联用仪(Liquid Chromatography-Quadrupole-Linear Ion Trap Mass Spectrometry,LC-Q-LIT)测定玉米油中4种黄曲霉毒素(黄曲霉毒素B_(1)、黄曲霉毒素B_(2)、黄曲霉毒素G_(1)、黄曲霉毒素G_(2))的分...建立了四极杆-线形离子阱液相色谱质谱联用仪(Liquid Chromatography-Quadrupole-Linear Ion Trap Mass Spectrometry,LC-Q-LIT)测定玉米油中4种黄曲霉毒素(黄曲霉毒素B_(1)、黄曲霉毒素B_(2)、黄曲霉毒素G_(1)、黄曲霉毒素G_(2))的分析方法。选择Phenomenex Kinetex C_(18)色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,2.6μm)分离目标物,分别以0.1%甲酸水-0.1%甲酸甲醇(V/V)为流动相进行梯度洗脱。质谱采用正离子扫描(ESI+)和选择反应监测模式。在玉米油基质中,4种黄曲霉毒素在2.5~50.0 ng·mL^(-1)呈现良好的线性关系(R^(2)≥0.990 3),检测限和定量限在0.5~1.0 ng·mL^(-1)和1.5~2.5 ng·mL^(-1),添加回收率为71.75%~97.87%,RSD≤13.86%。该方法操作简单、快速、成本低且灵敏度高,定性、定量准确,适用于玉米油中黄曲霉毒素的检测分析。展开更多

Our operation is robust to heating and i...We propose a practical scheme to generate cluster states by simultaneously accomplishing two-qubit conditional gating on an array of equidistant ions by using transverse modes. Our operation is robust to heating and insensitive to Lamb-Dicke parameter. Meanwhile, as it is carried out in a geometric quantum computing fashion, our scheme enables the fast and high-fidelity generation of cluster states. The experimental feasibility is discussed with sophisticated ion trap techniques.展开更多
