The procedure, when applied to the 30˚ and 60˚ angles that have been “proven” to be nottrisectable and the 45˚ benchmark angle that is known to be trisectable, in each case produced a construction having an identical angular relationship with Archimedes’ Construction, as in Section 2 on THEORY of this paper, where the required trisection angle was found to be one-third of its respective angle (i.e. DE’MA = 1/3 DE’CG). For example, the trisection angle for the 30˚, 45˚ and 60˚ angles were 10.00000˚, 15.00000˚, and 20.00000˚, respectively, and Section 5 on PROOF in this paper. Therefore, based on this identical angular relationship and the numerical results (i.e. to five decimal places), which represent the highest degree of accuracy and precision attainable by The Geometer’s Sketch Pad software, one can only conclude that not only the geometric requirements for arriving at an exact trisection of the 30˚ and 60˚ angle (which have been “proven” to be not-trisectable) have been met, but also, the construction is valid for any arbitrary acute angle, despite theoretical proofs to the contrary by Wantzel, Dudley, and others.展开更多

Eighteen mineral elements in the samples of 13 famous tea varieties in Sichuan Province were measured via related instruments. The results showed, of all the 18 measured samples, that the contents of K, P, S, Ca and Mg were relatively higher( 〉1 500 mg/kg) in famous tea varieties in Sichuan Province, while those of Ba, Cr, V, Co and Se were relatively lower( 〈 10 mg/kg) ; compared to common green tea, the famous tea varieties in Sichuan Province contained higher contents of K, Zn, P, Na, Ni, Cu, S, Se and Co(0.38% -115.65% higher than that in common green tea), and lower contents of Mg, Mn, AI, Ca, V, Rb, Fe and Cr(7.20% -46.67% lower than that in common green tea); of the 13 tested tea varieties, Hongyanyingchun, Yongchuanxiuya and Qingchengxueya were rich in mineral elements, while Yuchengyunwu and Yuqiancha lacked in mineral elements. Background:Sanhua decoction has significant effects in the treatment of stroke.The study of the Sanhua decoction material benchmark was carried out to analyze the value transfer relationship between the Chinese herbal...Background:Sanhua decoction has significant effects in the treatment of stroke.The study of the Sanhua decoction material benchmark was carried out to analyze the value transfer relationship between the Chinese herbal pieces and the substance benchmark.Methods:Network pharmacology was employed to investigate the potential active components and molecular mechanisms of Sanhua decoction in the treatment of stroke.15 batches of Sanhua decoction lyophilized powder were prepared using traditional formulas and subjected to high-performance liquid chromatography analysis to generate fingerprints of the Sanhua decoction substance benchmarks.Then,a multi-component quantitative analysis method was established,allowing for the simultaneous determination of ten components,to study the transfer of quantity values between pieces and substance benchmarks.Results:60 active ingredients were screened from Sanhua decoction by network pharmacology,of which gallic acid,magnolol honokiol,physcion,and aloe-emodin may have a greater effect than other active components.63 key targets and 134 pathways were predicted as the potential mechanism of Sanhua decoction in treating stroke.The fingerprint similarity of the Sanhua decoction substance benchmarks was found to be good among the 15 batches,confirming the 19 common peaks.The content of the 10 components was basically consistent.The components’transfer rates were within 30%of their respective means.Conclusions:This study provided a comprehensive and reliable strategy for the quality evaluation of Sanhua decoction substance benchmarks and held significant importance in improving its application value.展开更多
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Zhu Lian's type Ⅰ excitation needling technique for postpartum urinary retention.Methods: A total of 60 cases with postpartum urinary retention were recruited and divi...Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Zhu Lian's type Ⅰ excitation needling technique for postpartum urinary retention.Methods: A total of 60 cases with postpartum urinary retention were recruited and divided randomly into an observation group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine acupuncture, and stimulated with sparse and dense wave of electric acupuncture for 15 min after arrival of needling sensation, and then the needles were taken out. The observation group was treated with Zhu Lian's type Ⅰ excitation needling technique, by inserting the needles with the quick inserting method, swift and temporary lifting and thrusting technique for shallow insertion for 5times, by an in-and-out technique, without retaining the needles.Results: The total effective rate was 96.7% in the observation group and 83.3% in the control group. The difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). After the treatment, the first urination time was shorter in the observation group than that in the control group, with a statistical significance(P〈0.01). After the treatment, the volume of residual urine after the first urination was less in the observation group than that in the control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion: Zhu Lian's type Ⅰ excitation needling technique can effectively promote the voluntary urination and bladder emptying in patients with postpartum urinary retention, and it takes effect faster.展开更多

In the treatment of GA, he adopts the syndrome differentiation based upon the pathogenic factors, in combination of syndrome differentiation based upon the six meridians, to reinforce and benefit the spleen and kidney, clear away heat and remove dampness as the therapeutic principle. By acupuncture mainly at the acupoints of the Spleen and Liver Meridians, he also proposes to select the acupoints by the theory of Na Zi Fa (earthly branch method) ofZi Wu Liu Zhu (midnight-noon ebb-flow), and to puncture the surrounding area of the involved joints shallowly by multiple needles as the major needling method, simultaneously with the reinforcing and reducing manipulations based upon the respiration. Objective:Based on network pharmacology and molecular docking technology to explore the mechanism of Professor Cao Enze's application of Panax notoginseng in the treatment of membranous nephropathy.Methods:TCMSP d...Objective:Based on network pharmacology and molecular docking technology to explore the mechanism of Professor Cao Enze's application of Panax notoginseng in the treatment of membranous nephropathy.Methods:TCMSP database was used to obtain the effective components and corresponding target information of Panax notoginseng,and Gene Cards database was used to obtain the disease target genes of membranous nephropathy.The intersection targets of the two were taken and the Venn diagram was drawn.The STRING database was used to obtain the protein interaction relationship,and the PPI network diagram was constructed by Cytoscape 3.9.1 software to screen out the core targets of Panax notoginseng in the treatment of membranous nephropathy.GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were performed using the David database to obtain the potential pathway of Panax notoginseng in the treatment of membranous nephropathy.Finally,Autodock software was used to verify the molecular docking of the main active components of the drug with the core targets.Results:A total of 7 effective components such as quercetin,ginsenoside rh2,Mandenol and Stigmasterol were retrieved,and 127 potential targets of Panax notoginseng in the treatment of membranous nephropathy were screened out.By PPI network topology analysis,23 core targets such as JUN,TP53,RELA,AKT1 and MAPK1 were screened out.GO functional enrichment analysis contained 703 biological processes,55 cell components and 121 molecular functions,and KEGG signal pathway enrichment analysis enriched 171 signal pathways.The results of molecular docking showed that there was a strong binding ability between the main core targets and the main components of Panax notoginseng.Conclusion:Through network pharmacology,it is concluded that Panax notoginseng treats membranous nephropathy through multiple targets and multiple pathways,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent basic research.展开更多

文摘This paper presents a simplified graphical procedure for constructing, using an unmarked straightedge and a compass only, a 10˚ to 20˚ angle, which is in other words, trisecting a 30˚ or 60˚ angle. The procedure, when applied to the 30˚ and 60˚ angles that have been “proven” to be not trisectable, produced a construction having the identical angular relationship with Archimedes’ Construction, in which the required trisection angles were found to be 10.00000˚ and 20.00000˚ respectively (i.e. exactly one-third of the given angle or ∠E’MA = 1/3∠E’CG). Based on this identical angular relationship as well as the numerical results obtained, one can only conclude that the geometric requirements for arriving at an exact trisection of the 30˚ or 60˚ angle, and therefore the construction of a 10˚ or 20˚ angle, have been met, notwithstanding the theoretical proofs of Wantzel, Dudley, and others. Thus, the solution to the age-old trisection problem, with respect to these two angles, has been accomplished.

文摘Professor GAO Yu-chun's experience in treatment of stroke was systematically summarized in this study.Regulating governor vessel and unblocking brain was used to balance yin and yang and regulate vital activity,and nourishing water to moisten wood was used to restore essence,which were adopted as guiding principles.Qi and blood was observed carefully,acupoint property was known well,and time,acupoints and fomula were selected based on pattern differentiation.Opposing needling and contralateral collateral needling were combined,and needling was used to control the spirit and regulate qi,so as to flatly regulate qi-blood and yin-yang.At the same time,spleen and stomach functions were reinforced and protected.It was emphasized to regulate the mind and body simultaneously for stroke patients,which indicated professor GAO's academic ideas and clinical experience of careful observation of qi and blood,flat regulation of yin and yang,and treating disease according to its origin.

文摘Due to its own internal laws of development,Chinese medicine(CM)seems more inclined to empirical medicine in a relatively long historical period.It is considered to be lacking objective and unified clinical practice guidelines(CPGs),and the difficulties in diagnosis and therapeutic effect evaluation comes with it,have restricted its further inheritance,development and international communication.Over the years,our research group has been committed to improving the standardization theory and methodology of CM,also perfecting relative techniques for further application,which are all based on the stratified evidence scoring method.We have already applied this method to 45 issued guidelines,including 5 national guidelines,3 industrial guidelines,and 37 formulation/revision social organization guidelines.The stratified evidence scoring method has been recognized and used widely.It helps scholars and applicators to study,formulate,publish and popularize the acupuncture therapy clinical practice guidelines better,thus further promotes the development of acupuncture therapy.
文摘Skillful in the treatment of gouty arthritis (GA) by integrated therapies of Chinese and Western medicine, chief physician Zhang Tang-fa proposes to 'deal with the exterior with the needles, and attack the interior with the drugs, by integrated application of acupuncture and herbal medicine', in combination with comprehensive intervention of dietetic therapy and health education. In the treatment of GA, he adopts the syndrome differentiation based upon the pathogenic factors, in combination of syndrome differentiation based upon the six meridians, to reinforce and benefit the spleen and kidney, clear away heat and remove dampness as the therapeutic principle. By acupuncture mainly at the acupoints of the Spleen and Liver Meridians, he also proposes to select the acupoints by the theory of Na Zi Fa (earthly branch method) ofZi Wu Liu Zhu (midnight-noon ebb-flow), and to puncture the surrounding area of the involved joints shallowly by multiple needles as the major needling method, simultaneously with the reinforcing and reducing manipulations based upon the respiration. In the treatment, acupuncture and acupoint-injection are often used. In diet, low purine diet is often suggested. In health education, the patients are often instructed to understand the disease correctly, eliminate fears and cooperate with doctor's treatment positively.

文摘Objective:Based on network pharmacology and molecular docking technology to explore the mechanism of Professor Cao Enze's application of Panax notoginseng in the treatment of membranous nephropathy.Methods:TCMSP database was used to obtain the effective components and corresponding target information of Panax notoginseng,and Gene Cards database was used to obtain the disease target genes of membranous nephropathy.The intersection targets of the two were taken and the Venn diagram was drawn.The STRING database was used to obtain the protein interaction relationship,and the PPI network diagram was constructed by Cytoscape 3.9.1 software to screen out the core targets of Panax notoginseng in the treatment of membranous nephropathy.GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were performed using the David database to obtain the potential pathway of Panax notoginseng in the treatment of membranous nephropathy.Finally,Autodock software was used to verify the molecular docking of the main active components of the drug with the core targets.Results:A total of 7 effective components such as quercetin,ginsenoside rh2,Mandenol and Stigmasterol were retrieved,and 127 potential targets of Panax notoginseng in the treatment of membranous nephropathy were screened out.By PPI network topology analysis,23 core targets such as JUN,TP53,RELA,AKT1 and MAPK1 were screened out.GO functional enrichment analysis contained 703 biological processes,55 cell components and 121 molecular functions,and KEGG signal pathway enrichment analysis enriched 171 signal pathways.The results of molecular docking showed that there was a strong binding ability between the main core targets and the main components of Panax notoginseng.Conclusion:Through network pharmacology,it is concluded that Panax notoginseng treats membranous nephropathy through multiple targets and multiple pathways,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent basic research.
