Opuntia ficus-indica(L.)Miller is a CAM(crassulacean acid metabolism)plant with an extraordinary capacity to adapt to drought stress by its ability to fix atmospheric CO_(2) at nighttime,store a significant amount of water in cladodes,and reduce root growth.Plants that grow in moisture-stress conditions with thick and less fine root hairs have a strong symbiosis with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)to adapt to drought stress.Water stress can limit plant growth and biomass production,which can be rehabilitated by AMF association through improved physiological performance.The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of AMF inoculations and variable soil water levels on the biomass,photosynthesis,and water use efficiency of the spiny and spineless O.ficus-indica.The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse with a full factorial experiment using O.ficus-indica type(spiny or spineless),AMF(presence or absence),and four soil water available(SWA)treatments through seven replications.Water treatments applied were 0%–25%SWA(T1),25%–50%SWA(T2),50%–75%SWA(T3),and 75%–100%SWA(T4).Drought stress reduced biomass and cladode growth,while AMF colonization significantly increased the biomass production with significant changes in the physiological performance of O.ficus-indica.AMF presence significantly increased biomass of both O.ficus-indica plant types through improved growth,photosynthetic water use efficiency,and photosynthesis.The presence of spines on the surface of cladodes significantly reduced the rate of photosynthesis and photosynthetic water use efficiency.Net photosynthesis,photosynthetic water use efficiency,transpiration,and stomatal conductance rate significantly decreased with increased drought stress.Under drought stress,some planted mother cladodes with the absence of AMF have not established daughter cladodes,whereas AMF-inoculated mother cladodes fully established daughter cladodes.AMF root colonization significantly increased with the decrease of SWA.AMF caused an increase in biomass 展开更多

近年来,国内外许多专家学者在仙人掌多糖的分离纯化、成分鉴定、药用功能及市场前景等方面进行了大量的研究,并取得了较大进展。本文对仙人掌多糖的分离提取、多糖组成、多糖的功效、多糖的结构分析及目前存在的技术难点等方面的研究进... 近年来,国内外许多专家学者在仙人掌多糖的分离纯化、成分鉴定、药用功能及市场前景等方面进行了大量的研究,并取得了较大进展。本文对仙人掌多糖的分离提取、多糖组成、多糖的功效、多糖的结构分析及目前存在的技术难点等方面的研究进展进行了综述。研究显示,仙人掌多糖可能由鼠李糖、果糖、半乳糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖及糖醛酸等聚合而成。糖苷键主要有(1→2),(1→3),(1→4)及(1→6)等形式。仙人掌多糖功效研究显示:具有良好的抗癌、抗氧化及抗衰老、降血糖、增强免疫力等活性。目前仙人掌多糖研究方面存在的技术难点有:提取方法多采用传统的水提醇沉法,多糖提取得率低,纯度不高,原料浪费严重,并影响到后续对多糖的结构分析和功效鉴定。 展开更多

The present work focuses on the proximate physical and chemical profile of <em>Opuntia ficus-indica</em> mucilage, mechanically extracted from cladodes, a waste of pruning in traditional organic cactus pear orchards in Italy (San Cono, Sicily). The mechanical extraction increased the mucilage yield to 30% dry weight. Physical characterization concerns pH, viscosity, free acidity and density, useful for emulsifying capacity. Spectrophotometric analysis was applied to assess total carbohydrates, proteins, uronic acids, total polyphenols content and antioxidant capacity. DART-MS and SEM-EDX were performed to evaluate functional mucilage components and relative amounts of minerals, respectively. From the main results <em>Opuntia ficus-indica</em> by-product, in addition to the preponderant total carbohydrates content, shows the high concentration in calcium and potassium and a fair amount of health-promoting phytochemicals, which make it a good candidate for the different type of industrial applications. 展开更多

【目的】评估叶状枝节丛孢大孢变种(Arthrobotrys cladodes var.macroides)分离株(F69)的生物学特性及对绵羊胃肠线虫感染性幼虫(L3)的捕食能力.【方法】通过光镜和扫描电镜观察该菌的形态及捕食作用;用2%水琼脂培养基评估该菌对两种混... 【目的】评估叶状枝节丛孢大孢变种(Arthrobotrys cladodes var.macroides)分离株(F69)的生物学特性及对绵羊胃肠线虫感染性幼虫(L3)的捕食能力.【方法】通过光镜和扫描电镜观察该菌的形态及捕食作用;用2%水琼脂培养基评估该菌对两种混合的毛圆科线虫L3的体外杀虫能力;将该菌的孢子用海藻酸钠制备成包埋颗粒,分析绵羊采食后的杀虫能力.【结果】1)所获得的光镜和电镜结果显示了该菌形态学及其与L3相互作用;2)该菌在体外对L3的杀虫率为73.70%(P<0.05);3)该菌通过绵羊消化道后能够存活,采食后12、24、36、48、72 h粪便中排出真菌孢子,对绵羊粪便中的L3减少率分别为46.74%、60.41%、44.19%、37.36%、21.53%.【结论】本研究为反刍动物寄生线虫生物防治提供了一个有潜力的新候选菌株. 展开更多

线虫捕捉性真菌广泛分布于世界各地,目前种类包括壶菌、结合菌、不完全菌、子囊菌及担子菌等,其中不完全菌丝孢纲线虫捕捉菌依据分生孢子、捕捉构造型态可以分成粘着分枝(ad-hesive branch)、粘着网(adhesive net)、粘着球(adhesive kno... 线虫捕捉性真菌广泛分布于世界各地,目前种类包括壶菌、结合菌、不完全菌、子囊菌及担子菌等,其中不完全菌丝孢纲线虫捕捉菌依据分生孢子、捕捉构造型态可以分成粘着分枝(ad-hesive branch)、粘着网(adhesive net)、粘着球(adhesive knobs)、非收缩环(non-constricting ring)、收缩环(constricting ring)五类.本研究即至本省各地不同寄主及土壤质地作物区采集作物根圈土壤共58个样本,利用土壤洒布法分离不完全菌丝孢纲线虫捕捉菌,同时测定采集土的pH值、有机质、土壤质地.样本分离到线虫捕捉菌的比率为68.97%,且54.24%为网形成菌.土壤有机质含量高于4%较易分离到线虫捕捉菌,而土壤pH值与线虫捕捉菌的存在无明显相关性.Monacrosporium eudermata、Arthrobotrys musiformis、A.cladodes、M.ellipsosporum、Dacty-laria brochopaga为最常见的5种故针对它们进行最适生长温度、pH和不同碳、氮素源种类下对此5种线虫捕捉菌生长及捕捉力的影响.结果显示网形成菌生长速度最快,M.ellipsosporum、D.brochopaga在含有3%xylose的查派克-道克斯琼脂(Czapek-Dox medium)培养基中生长完全受到抑制.此5种线虫捕捉菌以M.eudermata捕捉叶芽线虫效果最好,其次为D.brochopaga.M.eudermata培养在0.5%、1% sucrose、Glucose、Galactose、mannitol、maltose、Starch、Saccharose的查派克-道克斯琼脂中具有捕捉叶芽线虫(Aphelenchoides besseyi)的能力.D.brochopaga在实验中对于南方根瘤线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)有最好的捕捉能力. 展开更多
