A P and S wave velocity model is obtained for the crust in the region along the Longmenshan fault zone, Sichuan Province, China, by using data from a refraction profiling survey carried out in this region and those fr...A P and S wave velocity model is obtained for the crust in the region along the Longmenshan fault zone, Sichuan Province, China, by using data from a refraction profiling survey carried out in this region and those from local earthquakes. 202 local earthquakes along the fault zone are based on this velocity model, location errors being estimated to be about 1.5 km. The present relocations fairly improved the accuracy of hypocenter locations for earthquakes in this area, which is recognized from small scatter of data in the arrival time distance diagram compared with that for the original locations in the Earthquake Catalogue of Sichuan Seismic Network. The obtained hypocenter distribution shows that shallow earthquakes, confined to the upper crust in the depth range from 3 km to 22 km, are actively occurring along the main fault of the Longmenshan fault zone. The velocity model and the location method are presently used quite effective for precisely locating local earthquakes such as those in Sichuan Province. Installation of these with the real time processing system developed by Tohoku University in the Sichuan Telemetered Seismic Network would help to improve the location accuracy of events beneath the network.展开更多
目的评价针刺干预高血压动物实验研究的偏倚风险与报告质量,分析实验设计、实施与报告中存在的不足,以减少动物实验偏倚风险和提高报告质量。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、Web of science、PubMed、Emb...目的评价针刺干预高血压动物实验研究的偏倚风险与报告质量,分析实验设计、实施与报告中存在的不足,以减少动物实验偏倚风险和提高报告质量。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、Web of science、PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library等数据库,限制时间为建库至2022年10月8日,由两名研究员根据合格标准独立筛选针刺干预高血压动物的相关实验研究,并使用SYRCLE工具与ARRIVE指南2.0对纳入文献进行偏倚风险与报告质量评价。运用Excel 2019提取数据,根据结果进行描述性分析。结果共纳入79篇针刺干预高血压的动物实验文献,其中有17篇文献与21篇文献分别发表在中文核心/中国科学引文数据库收录期刊和SCI期刊上。SYRCLE评价工具显示,10个条目中有5个条目评估良好,其他条目均存在描述不充分或偏倚风险高的问题。在纳入的79篇文献中,19篇文献的偏倚风险较低,其余研究均存在一定的偏倚风险。ARRIVE指南2.0评价结果显示,38个亚条目中,有19个条目报告良好,而其他条目报告情况均较差。51篇文献的报告质量良好,其余研究报告不充分。结论目前,针刺干预高血压动物实验的偏倚风险较高,报告质量普遍偏低。由于多数重要条目描述不充分,导致实验可重复性和结果转化均受到影响。建议在实验设计和报告过程中参考SYRCLE工具与ARRIVE指南2.0,以提高针刺干预高血压动物实验的规范性与整体质量。展开更多

The stopping time of a one-dimensional bounded classical random walk(RW) is defined as the number of steps taken by a random walker to arrive at a fixed boundary for the first time.A quantum walk(QW) is a non-triv...The stopping time of a one-dimensional bounded classical random walk(RW) is defined as the number of steps taken by a random walker to arrive at a fixed boundary for the first time.A quantum walk(QW) is a non-trivial generalization of RW,and has attracted a great deal of interest from researchers working in quantum physics and quantum information.In this paper,we develop a method to calculate the stopping time for a one-dimensional QW.Using our method,we further compare the properties of stopping time for QW and RW.We find that the mean value of the stopping time is the same for both of these problems.However,for short times,the probability for a walker performing a QW to arrive at the boundary is larger than that for a RW.This means that,although the mean stopping time of a quantum and classical walker are the same,the quantum walker has a greater probability of arriving at the boundary earlier than the classical walker.展开更多
In vivo testing is crucial for the evaluation of orthopedic implant efficacy and safety.However,the translation and reproducibility of preclinical animal experiments are not always satisfactory,and reporting quality i...In vivo testing is crucial for the evaluation of orthopedic implant efficacy and safety.However,the translation and reproducibility of preclinical animal experiments are not always satisfactory,and reporting quality is among the essential factors that ensure appropriate delivery of information.In this study,we assessed the reporting quality of in vivo investigations that examined the use of degradable metal materials in fracture or bone defect repair.We employed scientific databases,such as PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang,VIP and Sinomed to screen for in vivo investigations on fracture or bone defect repair using degradable metal materials,and extracted both epidemiological and main characteristics of eligible studies,and assessed their reporting quality using the ARRIVE guidelines 2.0.Overall,263 publications were selected,including 275 animal experiments.The overall coincidence rate of Essential 10(22 sub-items)and Recommended Set(16 sub-items)were 42.0%and 41.5%,respectively.Based on our analysis,the reporting quality of the published in vivo investigations examining fracture/bone defect repair with degradable metal materials was low,and there was a lack of transparent,accurate and comprehensive reporting on key elements of the experimental design and other elements that are meant to avoid bias.展开更多
