本研究以142名英语专业学生为对象,主要探讨元语篇对听力理解的作用,并探讨其与学习者话题熟悉度及整体语言水平之间的关系。根据学业成绩,全体学生被分为水平相当的两组,分别听同一个TEM8(Test for English Majors-Band8)微型学术讲...本研究以142名英语专业学生为对象,主要探讨元语篇对听力理解的作用,并探讨其与学习者话题熟悉度及整体语言水平之间的关系。根据学业成绩,全体学生被分为水平相当的两组,分别听同一个TEM8(Test for English Majors-Band8)微型学术讲座的不同版本(含元语篇和不含元语篇)并完成相同的任务(细节回顾、概要写作、填空)。研究结果表明:1)元语篇对听力理解的促进作用显著;2)话题熟悉度与听力理解间似乎并不呈简单的线性关系,其作用需在元语篇的辅佐之下方能最大程度地得以彰显;3)元语篇对不同语言水平学生提高听力理解率的贡献有差异,受益大小依次为中等水平、高水平和低水平学生。展开更多
