Digestion of these two fragments by seven restriction endonucleases yielded twenty polymorphic restriction fragments. We only found restriction fragment length variation caused by insertion or deletion. It suggests that mtDNA restriction length polymorphism could be an efficient indicator for conservation biology .展开更多
