In this study, the field treatment effect and microbial community changes were monitored during remediation by the acclimated complex microorganisms of a typical black-odorous stream. After the treatment, the total phosphorus and ammonia contents decreased by 74.0% and 76.3% and the concentrations of dissolved oxygen increased from 1.65 to 4.90 mg/L, indicating the effectiveness of the acclimated composite microorganisms. The proportion of Bacteroidetes decreased significantly by 48.1% and that of Firmicutes increased by 2.23% on average, and the microbial diversity index first increased and then tended to be uniform. Redundancy analysis demonstrated that the pH,dissolved oxygen, and oxidation-reduction potential together determined the composition of the microbial communities(p < 0.05). These findings showed that the acclimated composite microorganisms can effectively remediate the black odor.展开更多

Results show that 126Asp-IL-2 has higher affinity to IL-2R α βγ complex and normal affinity to IL-2R α β complex, but loses its binding ability to IL-2R β γ complex, demonstrating that the 126Gln is the residue of human IL-2 which binds to IL-2R 7 subunit.展开更多

The channel estimation is comprised of two parts:the adaptive iterative update on the channel distribution mean and a regular update on the "adaptability" via pilot. In the detection procedure,the PF is employed to produce the optimal decision given the known received signal and the sequence of the channel samples,where an asymptotic optimal importance density is constructed,and in terms of the asymptotic update order,the Parallel Importance Update(PIU) and the Serial Importance Update(SIU) scheme are performed respectively. The simulation results show that for the given fading channel,if an appropriate pilot mode is selected,the proposed scheme is more robust than the conventional Kalman filter based superimposed detection scheme.展开更多
