By taking Beijing "789" for example, its development process and situation have been introduced. Based on the spirit of place, the practical significance of cultural creative park and reuse of industrial heritage have been illustrated. It considers that cultural creation can not only extend cultural context, but also help to find new inspiration in industrial heritage, transforming the function of negative landscape in urban renovation in the form of "catalysis", improving its economic value, social cultural value and cultural effective circulation value.展开更多
