首先以5052-O铝合金(Al-Mg合金)为分析材料通过单脉冲电阻点焊工艺分析裂纹的产生及其机理,然后利用SORPAS软件模拟分析单脉冲、多脉冲工艺的裂纹倾向性,探讨采用平直端面电极+多脉冲工艺对接头热影响区液化裂纹的作用,并在优化电极+多... 首先以5052-O铝合金(Al-Mg合金)为分析材料通过单脉冲电阻点焊工艺分析裂纹的产生及其机理,然后利用SORPAS软件模拟分析单脉冲、多脉冲工艺的裂纹倾向性,探讨采用平直端面电极+多脉冲工艺对接头热影响区液化裂纹的作用,并在优化电极+多脉冲工艺下结合模拟结果验证并分析抑制特定区域液化裂纹产生的机理.结果表明,多脉冲工艺相对于单脉冲而言,其裂纹危险分布系数有所降低,多脉冲工艺对裂纹产生的倾向性影响仍然较小,但是在优化电极+多脉冲工艺下电极端面的环状凹痕能够完全抑制裂纹的产生,并能够提升点焊接头的力学性能. 展开更多

Friction stir butt welding (FSW) between A5052-O aluminum alloy plates with a thickness of 2 mm was performed.The rotation speeds of the welding tool were 2000 and 3000 r/min,respectively.The traverse speed was ranged from 100 mm/min to 900 mm/min.The defect-free welds with the very smooth surface morphology were successfully obtained,except for at the welding condition of 3000 r/min and 100 mm/min.The onion ring structure was observed in the friction-stir-welded zone (SZ) at the condition of 2000 r/min and 100 mm/min.For all the welding conditions,the grain size of the SZ was smaller than that of the base metal,and was decreased with the decrease of the tool rotation speed and with the increase of the tool traverse speed.The stir zone exhibited higher average hardness than the base metal.The decrease of the tool rotation speed and the increase of the tool traverse speed resulted in the increase in the average hardness of the SZ.The tensile strength of the FSWed plates was similar to that of the base metal,except for at the welding condition of 3000 r/min and 100 mm/min.The total elongation of the FSWed plates was lower than that of the base metal. 展开更多

Forming Limit Stress Diagram Prediction of Aluminum Alloy 5052 Based on GTN Model Parameters Determined by In Situ Tensile Test 被引量:21

In the present study, a forming limit stress-bas... The conventional forming limit diagram (FLD) is described as a plot of major strain versus minor strain. However, FLD is dependent on forming history and strain path. In the present study, a forming limit stress-based diagram (FLSD) has been adopted to predict the fracture limit of aluminum alloy (AA) 5052-O1 sheet. Nakazima test is simulated by plastic constitutive formula derived from the modified Gurson-Tvergaard-Needleman (GTN) model. An in situ tensile test with scanning electron microscope (SEM) is proposed to determine the parameters in GTN model. The damage evolution is observed and recorded, and the parameters of GTN model are identified through counting void fraction at three damage stages of AA5052-O 1. According to the experimental results, the original void volume fraction, the volume fraction of potential nucleated voids, the critical void volume fraction, the void volume fraction at the final failure of material are assigned as 0.002 918, 0.024 9, 0.030 103, 0.048 54, respectively. The stress and strain are obtained at the last loading step before crack. FLSD and FLD of AA5052-O 1 are plotted. Compared with the experimental Nakazima test and uniaxial tensile test, the predicted results show a good agreement. The parameters determined by in situ tensile test can be applied to the research of the forming limit for ductile metals. 展开更多

探究了周期浸润环境下以AA5052-O铝合金为基板的夹层结构自冲铆接头的耐蚀性能,并对不同预腐蚀时间下的试样进行了疲劳性能测试,依据三参数经验公式采用S-N曲线拟合法拟合出各试样的S-N曲线,分析了预腐蚀对接头疲劳寿命的影响规律;此外... 探究了周期浸润环境下以AA5052-O铝合金为基板的夹层结构自冲铆接头的耐蚀性能,并对不同预腐蚀时间下的试样进行了疲劳性能测试,依据三参数经验公式采用S-N曲线拟合法拟合出各试样的S-N曲线,分析了预腐蚀对接头疲劳寿命的影响规律;此外,采用扫描电子显微镜对接头的疲劳断口进行观测,研究了接头的损伤特性和微观疲劳失效机理。结果表明:预腐蚀会使接头产生多个疲劳源并加速裂纹的扩展,接头疲劳裂纹易在预腐蚀缺陷处萌生;腐蚀损伤和机械损伤存在竞争关系,预腐蚀显著影响了接头在低应力水平下的疲劳寿命,总体来讲,接头的疲劳寿命随预腐蚀时间的延长而缩短;接头疲劳失效形式有铆孔区下板断裂和铆孔区一侧的下板断裂,接头疲劳源区断口呈现准解理特征。 展开更多
