冷轧加工率对5052-O铝合金板材组织和力学性能影响

摘要 采用拉伸试验、显微组织检测等方法,研究了30%~80%冷轧加工率对5052O铝合金板材力学性能、成形性能和晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明,随着冷轧加工率增大,5052O铝合金板材的晶粒尺寸变小;抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率和屈强比提升;拉伸应变硬化指数下降;塑性应变比先增大再减小,在加工率为70%时达到最大值。在制定5052O铝合金板带材生产工艺时,可以根据下游冲压加工方式选择合理的冷轧加工率,从而获得需要的力学性能和成形性能。 The effects of cold rolling reductions(30%-80%)on mechanical properties,formability and grain size of 5052O aluminum alloy sheet were studied by tensile test and mi⁃croscopic examination.The results show that with the increase of cold rolling reduction,the grain size of 5052O aluminum alloy sheet decreases,while the tensile strength,yield strength,elongation after fracture and yield ratio increase,the tensile strain hardening expo⁃nent decreases,while the plastic strain ratio first increases and then decreases,and reaches the maximum when the reduction is 70%.When formulating the production process of 5052O aluminum alloy sheet and strip,the reasonable cold rolling reductions can be selected according to the downstream stamping processing,so as to obtain the required good mechani⁃cal properties and formability.
