The electrode uses mild steel type H08A as core rod which is easy to get, and alloy elements are supplied from the coated flux.Chemical composition analysis, macrohardness measurement, microstructure observation and abrasion test have been applied to studying the deposited metal samples, and quantitative analysis and phase structure analysis have been applied to existing forms of boron in deposited metal as well. The mechanism of effect of boron on hardness and abrasion resistance of deposited metal has been explored.展开更多
