摘要
介绍加工淬火钢件用的CBN珩磨条。对于各种配比结合剂在不同烧结条件所制成的珩磨条进行了磨耗性能测试,优选出符合生产要求的珩磨条及其制造工艺。生产实践证明用该配比烧制成的孔用珩磨条达到了技术要求。
In the paper, the CBN honing stones for the quenching steel pieces are introduced. The abrasive feature of the honing stones with various metal bonds, which are made under the different process, has been tested. Having improved the temperature measurement system, the sintering process and the proper metal bonds of the honing stones are optimized to meet the technical requirement of the factory.
