With the content and recovery rate of flavonoids as indexes,a method for separation and purification of flavonoids from citrus with YWD-06C type resin is studied in this paper.At the same time the effect of purificati...With the content and recovery rate of flavonoids as indexes,a method for separation and purification of flavonoids from citrus with YWD-06C type resin is studied in this paper.At the same time the effect of purification and no purification citrus flavonoids on scavenging anthracene and hydroxyl free radical is studied.The results are as flollows: the content of flavonoids is 38.7% with the recovery rate of 49.8% after purification with YWD-06C type resin,the EC50 of purification and no purification citrus flavonoids on scavenging anthracene are 0.07g/L,0.80g/L respectivily,and on scavenging hydroxyl free radical are 0.61g/L,0.19g/L repectirily.The best conditions for separating and purificating citrus flavonoids is that:with the flavones content in the liquid is 1.22g/L,pH=3,the volume of water is about 15 times the dry resin quality is first used(pH=4.0),then 8 times ethyl acetate is used,and the 8 times ethanol(50%) is used in the last time.The YWD-06C type resin can be used 3 times repeatedly.展开更多
