目的采用文献计量学方法分析2013—2023年生物膜与牙周炎相关的研究现状和热点。方法在Web of Science(Wos)数据库中检索生物膜与牙周炎相关文献,并运用VOSviewer和CiteSpace等可视化软件来分析国家/地区、作者、机构、期刊及关键词。...目的采用文献计量学方法分析2013—2023年生物膜与牙周炎相关的研究现状和热点。方法在Web of Science(Wos)数据库中检索生物膜与牙周炎相关文献,并运用VOSviewer和CiteSpace等可视化软件来分析国家/地区、作者、机构、期刊及关键词。结果共纳入1821篇文献,结果显示文献发文量逐年上升。发文量排名前3位的国家是美国、巴西和中国;排名前3位的机构是圣保罗大学、哈佛大学和福赛斯研究所;发文量最高的作者是Feres Magda;在发文量前10位的期刊中,Journal of Periodontology的发文量最多(87篇),其次是Plos One(69篇)和Clinical Oral Investigations(51篇)。氧化应激、标志物、辅助治疗及药物缓释是最主要的研究热点;前沿主要集中于群体感应、光动力疗法、活性氧、铜纳米颗粒及光学相干层析成像。结论生物膜和牙周炎的研究在逐年增长,未来的研究方向可重点关注氧化应激、辅助治疗、群体感应及光动力疗法。展开更多
