箭胡毛杨为20世纪80年代选育出的杨树杂交品种,扦插繁殖是其良种繁殖的主要方式.通过对6、9、12、151、8 cm 5种不同长度插穗与苗木繁殖中生根、成活及根生长等因子的分析,研究了提高箭胡毛杨繁殖系数的技术参数.结果表明,不同插穗长度...箭胡毛杨为20世纪80年代选育出的杨树杂交品种,扦插繁殖是其良种繁殖的主要方式.通过对6、9、12、151、8 cm 5种不同长度插穗与苗木繁殖中生根、成活及根生长等因子的分析,研究了提高箭胡毛杨繁殖系数的技术参数.结果表明,不同插穗长度对箭胡毛杨生根能力、成活率和根生长量均有影响,但其中12、15、18 cm插穗长度间差异不显著.对综合反映苗木根生长量、成活率和插穗长度的参数K值研究表明,K值在插穗长度为9- 12cm区间内最大.因此认为采用9- 12 cm插穗,可在保证苗木生长质量的同时,达到最大的繁殖系数.展开更多
