基于EIT技术监测体姿改变对肺通气影响的实验研究 被引量:10

目的:利用电阻抗断层成像(electrical impedance tomography,EIT)技术监测和比较不同体姿下局部肺通气量和一秒率的改变情况。方法:选取课题组男性学生志愿者12名[年龄(26.6±2.5)岁]为测试对象,采取坐姿、仰卧位和俯卧位3种体姿进... 目的:利用电阻抗断层成像(electrical impedance tomography,EIT)技术监测和比较不同体姿下局部肺通气量和一秒率的改变情况。方法:选取课题组男性学生志愿者12名[年龄(26.6±2.5)岁]为测试对象,采取坐姿、仰卧位和俯卧位3种体姿进行用力肺活量测试,同步进行EIT监测;分别对用力肺活量和一秒率的功能EIT图像中肺区域内的像素进行定量分析,求取局部肺通气占比和局部一秒率的均值。结果:腹侧和背侧的局部肺通气占比在坐姿时为37.65%∶62.35%,仰卧位时为37.59%∶62.41%,而俯卧位时为48.56%∶51.44%(更接近1∶1);仰卧位和俯卧位时重力依赖区的局部一秒率均值分别为0.84和0.81,坐姿时相应部位的均值分别为0.90和0.94。结论:EIT监测结果表明,俯卧位时通气向重力依赖区明显转移,但肺通气流速下降,为机械通气患者轮换采用俯卧位以改善氧合提供了直接证据,也为临床上开展EIT监测局部肺通气研究打下了基础。 展开更多

Walking is the most basic and essential part of the activities of daily living. To enable the elderly and non-ambulatory gait-impaired patients, the repetitive practice of this task, a novel gait training robot(GTR) was designed followed the end-effector principle, and an active partial body weight support(PBWS) system was introduced to facilitate successful gait training. For successful establishment of a walking gait on the GTR with PBWS, the motion laws of the GTR were planned to enable the phase distribution relationships of the cycle step, and the center of gravity(COG) trajectory of the human body during gait training on the GTR was measured. A coordinated control strategy was proposed based on the impedance control principle. A robotic prototype was developed as a platform for evaluating the design concepts and control strategies. Preliminary gait training with a healthy subject was implemented by the robotic-assisted gait training system and the experimental results are encouraging. 展开更多

The gravity anomaly and vertical gravity gradient due to anomalous geological bodies are mainly computed by numerical methods,so it is difficult and time-consuming to use the gravity-geological method to invert seafloor topography.This paper addresses this issue by deriving an expression for gravity generated by a cylinder based on a series expansion.The choice of number for terms in the series is estimated by comparing with the numerical method,especially when the depth H=4000m,the accuracy of 1 mGal(1 Gal=10^(-2)m/s^(2))can be achieved when the series are 9.The expressions can be used to establish the relationships between the shape of an anomalous body and the generated vertical gravity and vertical gravity gradient,respectively.Finally,the potential applications of the expressions in inverting seafloor topography are illustrated by synthetic examples. 展开更多

Based on the similarity of separation time,a similarity law optimization method for high-speed weapon delivery test is derived.The typical separation state under wind load is simulated by the numerical method.The real separation data of aircraft,separation data of previous test methods,separation data of ideal wind tunnel test of previous methods,and simulation data of the proposed optimization method are obtained.A comparison of the data shows that the method proposed can improve the performance of tracking.Similarity law optimization starts with the development of motion equations and dynamic equations in the windless state to address the problems of mismatching between vertical and horizontal displacement,and to address the problems of separation trajectory distortion caused by insufficient gravity acceleration of the scaling model of existing light model.The ejection velocity of the model is taken as a factor/vector,and is adjusted reasonably to compensate the linear displacement insufficiency caused by the insufficient vertical acceleration of the light model method,so as to ensure the matching of the vertical and horizontal displacement of the projectile,and to improve the consistency between the test results of high-speed projection and the actual separation trajectory.The optimized similarity law is applicable to many existing free-throwing modes of high-speed wind tunnels.The optimized similarity law is not affected by the ejection velocity and hanging mode of the projectile.The optimized similarity law is suitable not only for the launching of the buried ammunition compartment and external stores,but also for the test design of projectile launching and gravity separation. 展开更多

Maxima in the NFG map can locate the bodies and indicate their depth. Model calculation using a sphere and application of the NFG method to gravity anomalies over salt domes in the USA and Denmark shows effectiveness of the method. However, the accuracy of depth estimation strongly depends on the number of term N in the Fourier series used to calculate the NFG. An optimum N for the calculation can be given from a test. 展开更多

在质量与其他物理量无关的前提下,可以证明量纲关系“能量≡质量×速度×速度”,导出公式E=Mc^(2),其物理意义是一个质量为M的质量体以光速c运动时所具有的能量。公式E=Mc^(2)具有普遍适用性,其特例是只有一个质量体的情况,此... 在质量与其他物理量无关的前提下,可以证明量纲关系“能量≡质量×速度×速度”,导出公式E=Mc^(2),其物理意义是一个质量为M的质量体以光速c运动时所具有的能量。公式E=Mc^(2)具有普遍适用性,其特例是只有一个质量体的情况,此时该质量体以光速保持匀速直线运动,该质量体的质量是宇宙总质量,这是一个最基本的物理现象,该现象用数学语言描述就是:宇宙总能量和宇宙总质量比值的平方根等于光速,这一论断是作者提出的光速原理。以量纲关系“能量≡质量×速度×速度”为基础可以导出动量,动量对时间求导得到牛顿第二运动定律。从牛顿第二运动定律可以导出牛顿第一运动定律。基于牛顿第二运动定律定义的力的量纲,可以提出基本引力禀性常数的概念,导出一般形式的引力定律,其特例是万有引力定律。在引力定律的基础上,可以导出库仑定律以及高斯定理,并进而建立麦克斯韦方程组。基于库仑定律可以导出普朗克常数的概念。在动量和普朗克常数的基础上,可以导出普朗克定律和不确定性原理。在引力分析的基础上,可以修正牛顿第三运动定律。从波动方程出发推导了薛定谔波动方程。指出了现有物理理论体系中的矛盾和问题,并做了相应的补充和完善。 展开更多

任何天体、星系乃至整个宇宙都普遍存在着磁场。目前,对于天体磁场起源的标准解释是自激发电机理论。但是,这种理论要求存在一个最初的微弱"种子场",并且这种理论应用于星系尺度磁场的解释还要克服很多具体的困难,关于星系尺... 任何天体、星系乃至整个宇宙都普遍存在着磁场。目前,对于天体磁场起源的标准解释是自激发电机理论。但是,这种理论要求存在一个最初的微弱"种子场",并且这种理论应用于星系尺度磁场的解释还要克服很多具体的困难,关于星系尺度磁场起源的理论解释仍然有很大的争议。本文提出了一个基本假设:运动的物体可以产生磁场,就像运动的电荷可以产生磁场一样。利用这一基本假设,可以对天体、星系乃至整个宇宙普遍存在的磁场给出较好的解释。研究还表明:天体极点的磁场大小为赤道磁场的2倍,天体在其外部产生的磁场与天体的角动量成正比,与距天体中心距离的立方成反比;天体表面的磁场与天体的质量和自旋角速度成正比,与天体的半径成反比;对于某一个具体的天体来说,只要其角动量守恒,则其磁矩也是守恒的,且其在外部空间产生的磁场不受其自身引力塌缩的影响。本文的研究可能对于电磁力和万有引力的统一、宇宙大爆炸和天体物理等的研究具有一定的参考价值。 展开更多

There can be little argument that embryo quality is one of the most critical factors in the success of assisted reproductive techniques. Yet the current methods of grading embryos are subjective at best. While a number of different groups have described more qualitative means of assessing embryo quality, the current standard remains morphology. Morphology has proven a good standard, but it does not allow for the detection of chromosomal abnormalities nor can it assess the biochemical status of the embryo prior to transfer. This laboratory recently described a method to estimate embryo weight and suggested weight might be a good indicator of biochemical status. The objective of the present study was to determine the relationship between maternal body composition and embryo weight and determine the influence maternal chemistry had on embryo development. The data continue to suggest that maternal body composition, especially body fat, influences the chemical nature of the embryo and may play a critical role in long-term survival. 展开更多

The quantitative interpretation of gravity anomalies due to shallow structures needs separation between long wavelength anomalies(regional anomalies) and short wavelength anomalies(residual anomalies).The regional-residual field separation can be carried out using the polynomial method.In this case, the so-called regional field of order n is treated as a polynomial of degree n.The present study shows that the degree n must vary between a smallest value n_(min) and a maximum value n_(max).This article presents a method to process gravity data that allows determination of n_(min) and n_(max) for a given study area.We apply the method to gravity data of the South-West Cameroon zone.In this chosen study area, we find that regional anomaly maps of orders ranging from 1 to 9 and residual anomaly maps of orders ranging from 1 to 8 can be used for suitable interpretation.The analyses show that one may need residual anomaly maps of several orders to perform satisfactory quantitative interpretation of the different intrusive bodies found in a given area. 展开更多

How did Archimedes discover the law of buoyancy by experiment?

After Archimedes and Vitruvius era, for more than 2000 years, it has been believed that the displaced water measurement of golden crown is impossible, and at his Eureka moment, Archimedes discovered the law of buoyancy (Proposition 7 of his principles) and proved the theft of a goldsmith by weighing the golden crown in water. A previous study showed that a small amount of displaced water was able to be measured with enough accuracy by the introduced method. Archimedes measured the weight of displaced water. He did not find the law of buoyancy but rather specific gravity of things at the moment. After which, Archimedes continued to measure the specific gravity of various solids and fluids. Through these measurements, he reached the discovery of the law of buoyancy directly by experiment. We find that having the scale factor close to zero due to a given magnetic field value, an early universe magnetic field affects how we would interpret Mukhanov’s chapter on “self reproduction of the universe”. We extend such arguments, and refer to the possibility of modified gravity. We hope that some of the issues raised by Kobayashi and Seto as to allowed inflation models may be addressed, once further refinement of these preliminary results commences. We close with statements as to the value of α in a gravitational potential proportional to r?α and how this adjustment affects the 3 body problem. 展开更多
