Objective To investigate mechanisms involvin g the effect of exercise on blood lipid in healthy elders.Method Healthy elders aged >60years were included in study group,In control group,age,sex and body mathched per...Objective To investigate mechanisms involvin g the effect of exercise on blood lipid in healthy elders.Method Healthy elders aged >60years were included in study group,In control group,age,sex and body mathched persons were included.Blood lipid was evaluated for study group before and 3months after morning exercise.Morning exercise consisted of walking with constant v elocity(60~80m /min)for 40~50minutes,five times a week.Level o f blood lipid in study group was compa red with that of control group.Result TC,TG were significantly reduced and HE increased as compared with control group 3months after exercise(P <0.05).No changes occurred immediately an d 20hours after first exercise(P <0.05).Conclusion Exercise can decrease TC,TG and rais e HDL-C,which is beneficial to preve ntion of cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases in heal thy elders.展开更多
