摘要
目的：探讨化痰活血降脂汤联合阿托伐他汀对原发性高脂血症（ EHL）患者临床症状及血脂变化的影响。方法选择2012年8月至2014年11月84例EHL患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组42例，对照组口服阿托伐他汀钙片治疗，观察组联合化痰活血降脂汤治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分变化、血脂水平及治疗效果。结果①治疗效果：观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组（92.86％比76.19％）（P﹤0.05）；②证候积分：治疗后观察组胸闷、眩晕、肢麻沉重、心前区刺痛等中医症状积分明显低于对照组（1.48±1.56比2.13±1.54，1.78±1.68比2.18±1.69，1.43±1.08比2.42±1.07，2.29±1.05比2.50±1.03）（P﹤0.05）；③血脂水平：治疗后观察组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显低于对照组（5.03± 1.87比5.48±1.86，1.58±1.09比1.83± 1.08，2.87±1.93比3.39± 2.05）mmol/L，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显高于对照组（1.49± 0.29比1.19± 0.31）mmol/L（P﹤0.05）。结论化痰活血降脂汤联合阿托伐他汀有助于缓解EHL患者中医临床症状，改善血脂水平，提高治疗效果。
Objective To study the effect of huatanhuoxuejiangzhi decoction combined with ator-vastatin on clinical symptoms and blood lipid in essential hyperlipidemia（ EHL ） patients. Methods From August 2012 to November 2014 ,84 patients with EHL patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group was given single atorvastatin treatment,the observation group was given huatanhuoxuejiangzhi decoction in addition. TCM syndrome integral,lipid levels and cure curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results ①Treatment effect：the effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（92. 86% vs 76. 19%）（P﹤0. 05）. ②Syndrome integral：after treatment,the chest tightness,dizziness,limb hemp heavy,precordial tingling,TCM symptom score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（1. 48 ＆#177; 1. 56 vs 2. 13 ＆#177; 1. 54,1. 78 ＆#177; 1. 68 vs 2. 18 ＆#177; 1. 69,1. 43 ＆#177; 1. 08 vs 2. 42 ＆#177;1. 07,2. 29 ＆#177;1. 05 vs 2. 50 ＆#177;1. 03）（P﹤0. 05）. ③Lipid levels：after treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（5. 03 ＆#177; 1. 87 vs 5. 48 ＆#177; 1. 86,1. 58 ＆#177; 1. 09 vs 1. 83 ＆#177; 1. 08,2. 87 ＆#177; 1. 93 vs 3. 39 ＆#177; 2. 05）mmol/L,HDL-C level was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 1. 49 ＆#177; 0. 29 vs 1. 19 ＆#177; 0. 31 ）mmol/L（ P ﹤0. 05）. Conclusions Huatanhuoxuejiangzhi decoction combined with atorvastatin can help to relieve the clinical symptoms of TCM,and improve lipid levels and the effect of treatment.
