目的探讨苦参碱辅助治疗对男性肝硬化患者性激素水平、金属离子含量及可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体的影响。方法选取南阳市中心医院已确诊为肝硬化失代偿期的男性患者70例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各35例,在常规治疗基础上,实验组给予苦参碱...目的探讨苦参碱辅助治疗对男性肝硬化患者性激素水平、金属离子含量及可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体的影响。方法选取南阳市中心医院已确诊为肝硬化失代偿期的男性患者70例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各35例,在常规治疗基础上,实验组给予苦参碱氯化钠注射液250 m L,每天1次静点;对照组给予等量0.9%氯化钠注射液,每天1次静点。治疗4周。治疗前后分别检测2组患者的肝功能、性激素水平、金属离子含量、可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体指标。结果与对照组比较,实验组患者血清肝酶及总胆红素显著较降低(P<0.05),血清睾酮含量较高(P<0.05),雌二醇水平较低(P<0.05);血清锌、铁、镁含量较高,锰含量较低(P<0.05);血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体s TNFRⅠ、s TNFRⅡ水平较低(P<0.05)。结论苦参碱辅助治疗能够调节男性肝硬化患者性激素水平及金属离子含量,降低可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体的水平,改善患者肝功能。展开更多

Periodontal tissue destruction has been proved to result from cascade of cytokines synthesized by reactive cells upon stimulation by pathogenic bacteria and lipopolysaccharides within their cell membranes. The clinical use of genetically programmed cells, producing substances blocking IL-1, based on recombinant IL-1 antagonist, as well as cytokines activating fibroblasts and osteoblasts to regenerate the destroyed periodontal tissue could prove alternative to the conventional treatment. Another cytokine of interest in respect to periodontitis ethiopathogenesis is soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor I (sTNF RI). Observation of soluble TNF receptors as physiologic inhibitors of TNF led to its administration in therapeutic process as well as in therapy selected cases of aggressive periodontitis.展开更多
