The effects of different ions with various concentra- tions and sediment grains on the P-T stability conditions of gas hydrate were investigated. The results show that different ions have different influences on the phase equilibrium of gas hydrate. However, the influence of ions is in a similar trend: the larg- er the concentration, the bigger the P-T curve shifts to the left. For the silica sand, the influence of pore capillarity of coarse particles (〉 460 ~tm) can be negligible. The P-T curve measured in coarse silica is in agreement with that in pure water. How- ever, the influence of pore capillarity of fine particles (〈 35 μm) is significant. The maximum reduction value of temperature is 1.5 K for methane hydrate under stable state. The sediment from the South China Sea significantly affects the P-T stability conditions of methane hydrate, with an average reduction value of 1.9 K within the experimental conditions. This is mainly the result of both the pore water salinity and the pore capillarity of sediment. Because the pore water salinity is keeping diluted by the fresh water released from hydrate dissociation, the measured P-T stability points fall on different P-T curves with the de- creasing salinity.展开更多

Although numerous studies indicate that the MDM2 E3 ligase activity, as well as the protein-protein interaction between p53 and MDM2, is the major focus for this regulation, emerging evidence suggests that the deu- biquitinase herpesvirus-associated ubiquitin-specific protease (HAUSP, also known as USP7) plays a critical role. Furthermore, HAUSP inhibition elevates p53 stability and might be beneficial for therapeutic purposes. In this review, we discuss the advances of this dynamic pathway and the contributions of positive and negative regulators affecting HAUSP activity. We also highlight the roles of HAUSP in cancer justifying the production of the first generation of HAUSP inhibitors.展开更多

In this study, HPLC-DAD-ESI-MSn was utilized to study the stability and degradation of the two major but chemically unstable bioactive compounds hydroxysaffior yellow A and anhydrosaffior yellow B, in Safflower injection. The impact of light irradiation, temperature, and pH on the stability of these two compounds were studied. The results showed that hydroxysafflor yellow A and anhydrosafflor yellow B could degrade at high temperature (〉60 ℃) or extreme pHs (pH ≤ 3.0 or 〉7.0), but not under light irradiation. The common degradation product was p-coumaric acid. Chemical structures of the other degradation products were characterized by LC-MS. Hypothetical degradation pathways were proposed. In addition, ADP-induced platelet aggregation tests showed that the degradation of anhydrosaffior yellow B could reduce the anticoagulation activities of Safflower injection. Our results suggest that temperature and pH are critically important for the preparation and storage of Safflower injection.展开更多

Catalyst characterization carried out by Brunner–Emmet–Teller(BET), energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS), X-ray diffraction(XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and CO chemisorption uptake measurements suggested a chemical interaction between Ph2 S and Pd. The ligand was preferably absorbed on the active site of Pd metal but after increasing the amount of Ph2 S, the adsorption of Ph2 S on Pd metal tended to be saturated and the excess of Ph2 S partially adsorbed on the activated carbon. A part of Pd atoms without adsorbing any Ph2 S still existed, even for the saturated Pd–Ph2S/C catalyst. The Pd–Ph2S/C catalysts exhibited a good selectivity of p-chloroaniline(p-CAN) in the hydrogenation of p-chloronitrobenzene(p-CNB). However, the chemisorption between Ph2 S and Pd was not so strong that part of Ph2 S was leached from Pd–Ph2S/C catalyst during the hydrogenation, which caused the decline of the selectivity of p-CAN over the used Pd–Ph2S/C catalyst.Resulfidation of the used Pd–Ph2S/C catalyst was effective to resume its stability, and the regenerated Pd–Ph2S/C catalyst could be reused for at least ten runs with a stable catalytic performance.展开更多
