目的探讨体内过量全反式维甲酸(ATRA)对生长发育期SD大鼠的脑、心、肺、肝、肾和脾的影响。方法以48只3周雄性SD大鼠为实验对象,随机分为对照组和3个实验组,ATRA剂量分别为40、60、80mg/(kg·d),每组12只,进行连续10 d ATRA灌胃处理...目的探讨体内过量全反式维甲酸(ATRA)对生长发育期SD大鼠的脑、心、肺、肝、肾和脾的影响。方法以48只3周雄性SD大鼠为实验对象,随机分为对照组和3个实验组,ATRA剂量分别为40、60、80mg/(kg·d),每组12只,进行连续10 d ATRA灌胃处理,记录SD大鼠每日体重,于灌胃第10天解剖称量各器官的重量以及计算脏器指数,然后对各器官进行HE染色。结果ATRA灌胃后,与对照组比较,40 mg/(kg·d)ATRA组肾指数升高,体重变化差异无统计学意义;60 mg/(kg·d)ATRA组体重降低,心、肾指数升高,脾脏重量降低;80mg/(kg·d)ATRA组体重明显降低,脑、心、肾指数升高,脑、脾重量降低;HE染色显示,与对照组比较,ATRA处理组的肺泡壁增厚,肾小管上皮细胞有空泡样改变,脾脏红髓出现较多巨噬细胞,而大脑、肝脏、心肌无明显组织学变化。结论体内过量全反式维甲酸能够对生长发育期SD大鼠的肺、肾和脾有一定的损伤作用。展开更多
Because of its unique long range disordered structure and numerous free volume,amorphous alloy is considered to be able to accommodate the damage caused by ion bombardment and has good irradiation resistance.2 MeV He+...Because of its unique long range disordered structure and numerous free volume,amorphous alloy is considered to be able to accommodate the damage caused by ion bombardment and has good irradiation resistance.2 MeV He+ions were selected to irradiate amorphous alloy Fe80Si7B13,and it was found that the arrangement of atoms in the amorphous alloy became uneven.In the bubble layer located near the He ion range which was about 3.5μm from the surface,the local atoms had a tendency of ordered arrangement.Under the irradiation,no obvious damage could be observed on the surface of the amorphous alloy,while the surface roughness increased,which reduced the surface relative reflectivity of the amorphous alloy.After the irradiation,the Fe-based amorphous alloy maintained the soft magnetic performance.The variation of atomic arrangement in the amorphous alloy enhanced its saturation magnetic induction intensity.展开更多
The apatite(U-Th)/He thermochronometry has been used to study the tectono-thermal evolution of mountains and sedimentary basins for over ten years.The closure temperature of helium is important for the apatite(U-Th)/H...The apatite(U-Th)/He thermochronometry has been used to study the tectono-thermal evolution of mountains and sedimentary basins for over ten years.The closure temperature of helium is important for the apatite(U-Th)/He thermochronometry and has been widely studied by thermal simulation experiments.In this paper,the apatite He closure temperature was studied by establishing the evolutionary pattern between apatite He ages and apatite burial depth based on examined apatite He ages of natural samples obtained from drillholes in the Tarim basin,China.The study showed that the apatite He closure temperature of natural samples in the Tarim basin is approximately 88±5℃,higher than the result(~75℃) obtained from the thermal simulation experiments.The high He closure temperature resulted from high effective uranium concentration,long-term radiation damage accumulation,and sufficient particle radii.This study is a reevaluation of the conventional apatite He closure temperature and has a great significance in studying the uplifting events in the late period of the basin-mountain tectonic evolution,of which the uplifting time and rates can be determined accurately.展开更多
