Biochar (BC) and rhamnolipid (RL) is used in bioremediation of petroleum hydrocarbons,however,the combined effect of BC and RL in phytoremediation has not been studied until now.In this paper,the phytoremediation of p...Biochar (BC) and rhamnolipid (RL) is used in bioremediation of petroleum hydrocarbons,however,the combined effect of BC and RL in phytoremediation has not been studied until now.In this paper,the phytoremediation of petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated soil using novel plant Spartina anglica was enhanced by the combination of biochar (BC) and rhamnolipid (RL).Samples of petroleum-contaminated soil (10,30 and 50 g/kg) were amended by BC,BC+ RL and rhamnolipid modified biochar (RMB),respectively.After 60 day's cultivation,the removal rate of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPHs) for unplanted soil (UP),planted soil (P),planted soil with BC addition (P-BC),planted soil with BC and RL addition (P-BC + RL) and planted soil with addition ofRMB (P-RMB) were 8.6%,19.1%,27.7%,32.4% and 35.1% in soil with TPHs concentration of 30 g/kg,respectively.Compared with UP,the plantation of Spartina anglica significantly decreased the concentration of C8-14 and tricyclic PAHs.Furthermore,the application of BC and RMB alleviated the toxicity of petroleum hydrocarbons to Spartina anglica via improving plant growth with increasing plant height,root vitality and total chlorophyll content.High-throughput sequencing result indicated that rhizosphere microbial community of Spartina anglica was regulated by the application of BC and RMB,with increase of bacteria and plant mycorrhizal symbiotic fungus in biochar and RMB amended soil.展开更多
The hippocampus is involved in the regulation of the autonomic nervous system,together with the hypothalamus and brainstem nuclei,such as the paraventricular nucleus and nucleus tractus solitarius.The vagus nerve-nucl...The hippocampus is involved in the regulation of the autonomic nervous system,together with the hypothalamus and brainstem nuclei,such as the paraventricular nucleus and nucleus tractus solitarius.The vagus nerve-nucleus tractus solitarius pathway has an important role in cardiovascular reflex regulation.Myocardial ischemia has been shown to cause changes in the autonomic nervous system,affecting the dynamic equilibrium of the sympathetic and vagal nerves.However,it remains poorly understood how the hippocampus communicates with brainstem nuclei to regulate the autonomic nervous system and alleviate myocardial ischemic tissue damage.A rat model of acute myocardial ischemia(AMI) was made by ligating the left anterior descending branch of the coronary artery.Three days before ischemia,the hippocampal CA1 region was damaged.Then,3 days after ischemia,electroacupuncture(EA) at Shenmen(HT7)-Tongli(HT5) was performed(continuous wave,1 m A,2 Hz,duration of 30 minutes).Cluster analysis of firing patterns showed that one type of neuron was found in rats in the sham and AMI groups.Three types of neurons were observed in the AMI + EA group.Six types of neurons were found in the AMI + EA + Lesion group.Correlation analysis showed that the frequency of vagus nerve discharge in each group was negatively correlated with heart rate(HR)(P 〈 0.05,r =-0.424),and positively correlated with mean arterial pressure(MAP)(P 〈 0.05,r = 0.40987) and the rate-pressure product(RPP)(P 〈 0.05,r = 0.4252).The total frequency of the nucleus tractus solitarius discharge in each group was positively correlated with vagus nerve discharge(P 〈 0.01,r = 0.7021),but not with hemodynamic index(HR: P 〉 0.05,r =-0.03263; MAP: P 〉 0.05,r =-0.08993; RPP: P 〉 0.05,r =-0.03263).Some neurons(Neuron C) were negatively correlated with vagus nerve discharge,HR,MAP and RPP in the AMI + EA group(vagus nerve discharge: P 〈 0.05,r =-0.87749; HR: P 〈 0.01,r =-0.91902; MAP: 展开更多
This paper represents the development of a high temperature superconducting (HTS) filter, the highest operating temperature of which is up to 93 K. The filter is designed for S band with 4% fractional bandwidth and fa...This paper represents the development of a high temperature superconducting (HTS) filter, the highest operating temperature of which is up to 93 K. The filter is designed for S band with 4% fractional bandwidth and fabricated using thallium-barium-calcium-copper oxide (Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8) thin films. At 93 K, the measurements of the filter show that the insertion loss in the passband is less than 0.22 dB, the return loss is better than 20 dB, and the out-of-band rejection is more than 80 dB. The analysis on the characteristics of the filter operating at different temperatures shows that the filter can work well at temperatures around 90 K. The temperature of 93 K is the highest among the previous reports for HTS filters. The result reported in this paper is significant for HTS filters to be used in the field of microwave communication requiring high sensitivity.展开更多

文摘熔盐是一种优异的传热介质。热物性数据是熔盐传热应用过程中的关键基础数据。按照制定的样品制备规范、样品测试操作流程和数据处理分析方法,采用差示扫描量热仪(Differential Scanning Calorimetry,DSC)、自主研制的阿基米德法密度仪和旋转柱体式粘度仪、改进的激光闪光法导热仪对FLi Na K、Clo Kmag和HTS熔盐的熔点、比热容、密度、导热系数、粘度系数进行了实验测量和数据评估。首次系统地提供了FLi Na K和HTS熔盐在熔点以上80 K温区的粘度系数、Clo Kmag盐的关键热物性数据。为这些熔盐的热工水力设计分析提供了准确可靠的基础数据。
