By using mathematical reasoning, this paper demonstrates the mathematical intervening principle: “Virtual disease is to fill his mother but real disease is to rush down his son” (虚则补其母, 实则泄其子) and “Strong inhibition of the same time, support the weak” (抑强扶弱) based on “Yin Yang Wu Xing” Theory in image mathematics of Traditional Chinese Mathematics (TCMath). We defined generalized relations and generalized reasoning, introduced the concept of steady multilateral systems with two non-compatibility relations, and discussed its energy properties. Later based on the intervention principle in image mathematics of TCMath and treated the research object of the image mathematics as a steady multilateral system, it has been proved that the mathematical intervening principle is true. The kernel of this paper is the existence and reasoning of the non-compatibility relations in steady multilateral systems, and it accords with the oriental thinking model. 展开更多

Flood classification is an effective way to improve flood forecasting accuracy. According to the opposite unity mathematical theorem in Variable Sets theory, this paper proposes a Variable Sets principle and method for flood classification, which is based on the mathematical theorem of dialectics basic laws. This newly proposed method explores a novel way to analyze and solve engineering problems by utilizing a dialectical thinking. In this paper, the Tuwei River basin, located in the Yellow River tributary, is taken as an example for flood classification. The results obtained in this study reveal the problems in a previous method—Set Pair Analysis classification method. The variable sets method is proven to be theoretically rigorous, computationally simple. The classification results are objective, accurate and consistent with the actual situations. This study demonstrates the significant importance of using a scientifically sound method in solving engineering problems. 展开更多

Under high light conditions or UV radiation,tea plant leaves produce more flavonols,which contribute to the bitter taste of tea;however,neither the flavonol biosynthesis pathways nor the regulation of their production are well understood.Intriguingly,tea leaf flavonols are enhanced by UV-B but reduced by shading treatment.CsFLS,CsUGT78A14,CsMYB12,and CsbZIP1 were upregulated by UV-B radiation and downregulated by shading.CsMYB12 and CsbZIP1 bound to the promoters of CsFLS and CsUGT78A14,respectively,and activated their expression individually.CsbZIP1 positively regulated CsMYB12 and interacted with CsMYB12,which specifically activated flavonol biosynthesis.Meanwhile,CsPIF3 and two MYB repressor genes,CsMYB4 and CsMYB7,displayed expression patterns opposite to that of CsMYB12.CsMYB4 and CsMYB7 bound to CsFLS and CsUGT78A14 and repressed their CsMYB12-activated expression.While CsbZIP1 and CsMYB12 regulated neither CsMYB4 nor CsMYB7,CsMYB12 interacted with CsbZIP1,CsMYB4,and CsMYB7,but CsbZIP1 did not physically interact with CsMYB4 or CsMYB7.Finally,CsPIF3 bound to and activated CsMYB7 under shading to repress flavonol biosynthesis.These combined results suggest that UV activation and shading repression of flavonol biosynthesis in tea leaves are coordinated through a complex network involving CsbZIP1 and CsPIF3 as positive MYB activators and negative MYB repressors,respectively.The study thus provides insight into the regulatory mechanism underlying the production of bitter-tasting flavonols in tea plants. 展开更多

In this study, the structure of polysaccharides from Chinese yam (Dioscoreae opposite "Qi") was analyzed and identified by infrared spectroscopy within an infrared spectral range of 400-4 000 cm^-1, Characteristic absorption peaks were observed at 840 cm^-1 (α-glucosidic bond), 759.21 cm^-1 (xylose), 830.87 cm^-1 (rhamnose), 812.81 cm^-1, 876.60 cm^-1 (mannose) and 842.64 cm^-1 (arabinose) in infrared spectra of polysaccharides from D. opposite "Qi", indicating that D. opposite "Qi" polysaccharides exist mainly in the form of α-glucosidic bonds, including xylose, rhamnose, mannose and arabinose. The experimental results could provide the basis for quantitative analysis, development and application of polysaccharides from D. opposite "Qi". 展开更多

From non-scattering to super-scattering with Mie-tronics

Electric anapoles, arising from the destructive interference of primitive and toroidal electric dipole moments, have recently emerged as a fundamental class of non-scattering sources. On the other hand, super-scattering states represent the opposite regime wherein the scattering cross-section of a subwavelength particle exceeds the single-channel limit, leading to a strong scattering behavior. Here, we demonstrate that the interplay between the topology of light and the subwavelength scatterer can lead to these two opposite responses within an isolated alldielectric meta-atom. In particular, we present the emergence of a new non-scattering state, referred to as hybrid anapole, which surpasses conventional electric dipole anapoles by achieving a remarkable 23-fold enhancement in the suppression of far-field radiation and almost threefold enhancement in the confinement of electromagnetic energy inside the meta-atom. We also explore the role of particle orientation and its inversion symmetry in the scattering response and predict the possibility of switching between non-scattering and super-scattering states within the same platform. The presented study elucidates the role of light and matter topologies in the scattering response of subwavelength meta-atoms, uncovering two opposite regimes of light-matter interaction and opening new avenues in applications such as nonlinear optics and spectroscopy. 展开更多

It is challenging for aqueous Zn-ion batteries(ZIBs)to achieve comparable low-temperature(low-T)performance due to the easy-frozen electrolyte and severe Zn dendrites.Herein,an aqueous electrolyte with a low freezing point and high ionic conductivity is proposed.Combined with molecular dynamics simulation and multi-scale interface analysis(time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry threedimensional mapping and in-situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy method),the temperature independence of the V_(2)O_(5)cathode and Zn anode is observed to be opposite.Surprisingly,dominated by the solvent structure of the designed electrolyte at low temperatures,vanadium dissolution/shuttle is significantly inhibited,and the zinc dendrites caused by this electrochemical crosstalk are greatly relieved,thus showing an abnormal temperature inversion effect.Through the disclosure and improvement of the above phenomena,the designed Zn||V_(2)O_(5)full cell delivers superior low-T performance,maintaining almost 99%capacity retention after 9500 cycles(working more than 2500 h)at-20°C.This work proposes a kind of electrolyte suitable for low-T ZIBs and reveals the inverse temperature dependence of the Zn anode,which might offer a novel perspective for the investigation of low-T aqueous battery systems. 展开更多

Metasurfaces have provided an unprecedented degree of freedom(DOF)in the manipulation of electromagnetic waves.A geometric phase can be readily obtained by rotating the meta-atoms of a metasurface.Nevertheless,such geometric phases are usually spin-coupled,with the same magnitude but opposite signs for left-and right-handed circularly polarized(LCP and RCP)waves.To achieve independent control of LCP and RCP waves,it is crucial to obtain spin-decoupled geometric phases.In this paper,we propose to obtain completely spin-decoupled geometric phases by engineering the surface current paths on meta-atoms.Based on the rotational Doppler effect,the rotation manner is first analyzed,and it is found that the generation of a geometric phase lies in the rotation of the surface current paths on meta-atoms.Since the induced surface current paths under the LCP and RCP waves always start oppositely and are mirror-symmetrical with each other,it is natural that the geometric phases have the same magnitude and opposite signs when the meta-atoms are rotated.To obtain spin-decoupled geometric phases,the induced surface current under one spin should be rotated by one angle while the current under the other spin is rotated by a different angles.In this way,LCP and RCP waves can acquire different geometric phase changes.Proof-of-principle prototypes were designed,fabricated,and measured.Both the simulation and experiment results verify spin-decoupled geometric phases.This work provides a robust means to obtain a spindependent geometric phase and can be readily extended to higher frequency bands such as the terahertz,IR,and optical regimes. 展开更多

Zeno’s paradoxes are a set of philosophical problems that were first introduced by the ancient Greek philosopher Zeno of Elea. Here is the first attempt to use asymptotic approach and nonlinear concepts to address the paradoxes. Among the paradoxes, two of the most famous ones are Zeno’s Room Walk and Zeno’s Achilles. Lie Tsu’s pole halving dichotomy is also discussed in relation to these paradoxes. These paradoxes are first-order nonlinear phenomena, and we expressed them with the concepts of linear and nonlinear variables. In the new nonlinear concepts, variables are classified as either linear or nonlinear. Changes in linear variables are simple changes, while changes in nonlinear variables are nonlinear changes relative to their asymptotes. Continuous asymptotic curves are used to describe and derive the equations for expressing the relationship between two variables. For example, in Zeno’s Room Walk, the equations and curves for a person to walk from the initial wall towards the other wall are different from the equations and curves for a person to walk from the other wall towards the initial wall. One walk has a convex asymptotic curve with a nonlinear equation having two asymptotes, while the other walk has a concave asymptotic curve with a nonlinear equation having a finite starting number and a bottom asymptote. Interestingly, they have the same straight-line expression in a proportionality graph. The Appendix of this discussion includes an example of a second-order nonlinear phenomenon. . 展开更多

山药DoSCF108基因的克隆及表达分析

为研究F-box蛋白GID2在DELLA蛋白介导赤霉素调节山药块茎膨大发育的分子机理,本研究根据转录组序列,设计特异引物,利用RT-PCR技术克隆到一个山药F-box蛋白GID2基因,在利用生物信息学软件对其序列进行分析的同时通过RT-qPCR技术分析了赤... 为研究F-box蛋白GID2在DELLA蛋白介导赤霉素调节山药块茎膨大发育的分子机理,本研究根据转录组序列,设计特异引物,利用RT-PCR技术克隆到一个山药F-box蛋白GID2基因,在利用生物信息学软件对其序列进行分析的同时通过RT-qPCR技术分析了赤霉素及其抑制剂多效唑(PP333)诱导下该基因在山药块茎膨大初期的表达动态。结果显示,从GH16山药块茎cDNA中克隆到一个长604 bp片段。该片段具有长522 bp的完整开放阅读框(ORF),编码173个氨基酸。预测其分子量为19.02 kD,等电点为9.23,属不稳定亲水蛋白,亚细胞定位在细胞核上,与DELLA蛋白互作系数最大。与已报道的48个物种F-box蛋白GID2氨基酸序列同源性在45.83%~93.64%之间,其中与薯蓣(XM_039286227)同源性最高,达93.64%。推测该基因属于F-box蛋白GID2家族,命名为DoSCF108(GenBank No.MW239683)。RT-qPCR结果表明,在山药块茎膨大初期,DoSCF108基因受外源GA3诱导,相对表达量显著提高,抑制剂PP333处理则相反,不同品种之间存在较大差异。综上所述,山药DoSCF108为F-box蛋白GID2基因,可能参与DELLA介导赤霉素调控山药块茎生长和发育。 展开更多

[目的]研究山药对土壤中重金属的吸收规律。[方法]选择Cu、Zn、Pb、Mn、Ni、Cr 6种重金属进行试验分析。分别对土样和山药样品进行消解,利用火焰原子吸收光谱法进行测定,研究怀山药对土壤重金属元素的吸收富集规律。[结果]研究区土壤中重金属含量符合国家二级土壤环境质量标准,Cr和Cu元素达到国家一级土壤环境质量标准;山药与土壤中Cu、Zn、Ni、Cr、Pb、Mn的相关系数分别为0.975、0.956、0.574、0.330、0.500、-0.044。并且山药对不同金属元素的富集能力表现为Cu>Zn>Mn>Ni>Cr>Pb。[结论]研究区重金属含量符合国家二级土壤环境质量标准,Cr和Cu元素达到国家一级土壤环境质量标准;山药中Cu、Pb、Cr含量均未超出粮食标准,Mn、Zn、Ni在粮食标准中没列出,故不作评价。 展开更多
