摘要
基于双对置二冲程柴油机直流扫气过程流动特点,建立了该发动机扫气过程瞬态流动三维计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真模型,应用AVL FIRE软件对该发动机额定工况(功率160 kW,转速2 500 r/min)下的扫气过程进行了仿真研究,结果显示该工况下发动机扫气效率可达94%.通过扫气过程不同时刻流场分析发现,采用直流扫气方式可较好避免新鲜充量与废气的相互掺混,有效提高高速二冲程发动机扫气质量.
According to the flow characteristics of the opposite two-stroke diesel engine,the suitable flow control equations and turbulence model were chosen to model the high swirl and turbulent flow.The unsteady computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation models were developed to simulate the scavenging process under the rated condition.The scavenging efficiency was calculated and the detailed flow fields were analyzed.Results show that a 94% scavenging efficiency can be achieved with the turbocharging uniflow scavenging method.
