Currently,the enhancement in electromagnetic interference(EMI)performance of polymeric composite generally relies on either improving electrical conductivity(σ)for stronger electromagnetic(EM)reflections or tailoring...Currently,the enhancement in electromagnetic interference(EMI)performance of polymeric composite generally relies on either improving electrical conductivity(σ)for stronger electromagnetic(EM)reflections or tailoring structure for higher EM resonances.Herein,we proposed a novel technique called cyclic pulsating pressure enhanced segregating structuration(CPP-SS),which can reinforce these two factors simultaneously.The structural information was supplied by optical microscopy(OM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),both of which confirmed the formation and evolution of segregate structured ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)/graphene composites.Then,the result showed that CPP-SS can significantly improve theσof samples.Ultimately,advanced specific EMI shielding efficiency of 31.1 d B/mm was achieved for UHMWPE/graphene composite at 1-mm thickness and a low graphene loading of 5 wt%.Meanwhile,it also confirmed that the intrinsic disadvantage of poor mechanical properties of conventional segregated structure composites can be surpassed.This work is believed to provide a fundamental understanding of the structural and performance evolutions of segregated structured composites prepared under CPPSS,and to bring us a simple and efficient approach for fabricating high-performance,strong and light-weight polymeric EMI shields.展开更多

To ensure the high-level efficiency of software processes, a key point is to locate those activities that own bigger resource occupation probabilities with respect to average execution time, called delayed activities, and then improve them. To this end, we firstly propose an approach to locating delayed activities in software processes. Furthermore, we present a case study, which exhibits the high-level efficiency of the approach, to concretely illustrate this new solution. BACKGROUND The occurrence of a diaphragmatic hernia during the third trimester of pregnancy is rare;to our knowledge,there has only been a single case report related to congenital Bochdalek hernia complicated with mil...BACKGROUND The occurrence of a diaphragmatic hernia during the third trimester of pregnancy is rare;to our knowledge,there has only been a single case report related to congenital Bochdalek hernia complicated with mild acute pancreatitis during pregnancy.Nonspecific symptoms and lack of experience due to its rarity make the diagnosis of this condition very challenging.We report a case of diaphragmatic hernia accompanied by mild acute pancreatitis in the third trimester of pregnancy,which was misdiagnosed as severe acute pancreatitis.CASE SUMMARY A 19-year-old woman presented at gestation of 31+2 weeks with continuous distension pain for 3 d in the left lumbar region of no obvious cause.Ultrasonographic findings of left ureterectasis,with nonspecific lumbago and abdominal pain,led to the misdiagnosis of renal colic.Increased serum amylase and/or lipase levels indicated acute pancreatitis.Following the treatment of pancreatitis,her condition deteriorated.The patient was finally diagnosed with a diaphragmatic hernia complicated with mild acute pancreatitis on magnetic resonance imaging at our hospital.Caesarean section was performed at gestation of 31+6 weeks,followed by hernia repair,and the pancreatitis was treated sequentially.The patient was discharged in good condition 20 d after the surgery.CONCLUSION In this case,surgical treatment was not the same as that for non-pregnant diaphragmatic hernia repair.It is important to first perform a cesarean section before commencing the therapy.展开更多
Objective To investigate the integral dissolution model based on biological potency in order to evaluate the dissolution of Compound Chinese materia medica(CCMM) in vitro. Methods The contents of paeoniflorin, phill...Objective To investigate the integral dissolution model based on biological potency in order to evaluate the dissolution of Compound Chinese materia medica(CCMM) in vitro. Methods The contents of paeoniflorin, phillyrin, ginsenoside Rg1, and adenosine of ten batches of Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablet(CBRT) were determined at different times. The self-defined weighting coefficient based on the contents has been created to establish the integral dissolution model. In addition, the biological potency of CBRT was measured by MTT assay. Then, the f2 similar factor was used to evaluate the similarity of the batches. Results Compared with batch a, some batches’ f2 values of paeoniflorin and adenosine were less than 50, while f2 values of ginsenoside Rg1, phillyrin, and integral component were more than 50. Likewise, ginsenoside Rg1, phillyrin, and integral component were all in good correlation with biological dissolution. Conclusion The results of the integral dissolution based on biological test of CBRT demonstrate that the bioassay method may be a promising supplement for its quality evaluation.展开更多
