摘要
为提高玉米秸秆厌氧消化产气性能,文章采用4种白腐菌(Pleurotus ostreatus,Ceriporiopsis subvermispora,Trametes versicolor和Phanerochaete chrysosporium)对其进行预处理。通过测定白腐菌微生物生长曲线及进行厌氧消化实验验证,发现C.subvermispora预处理效果最佳,能够在15天时间内径向完全覆盖秸秆,生长速率大,为167.75μm·h^(-1),对木质素的相对选择降解系数最高,为0.85。厌氧消化实验结果显示,C.subvermispora预处理玉米秸秆累积产甲烷量为225.94 L·kg^(-1)VS,较未预处理提高了12.32%,T_(80)产气周期缩短8天。说明,C.subvermispora预处理能够提高玉米秸秆厌氧消化产气性能。
Pretreatment of corn stover by Pleurotus ostreatus, Ceriporiopsis subvermispora, Trametes versicolor and Phanero- chaete chrysosporium were studied in this paper for enhancing biomethane production. C. subvermispora was able to fully col- onize the corn stover in 15 days and had the highest radial growth rate of 167. 75μm h-1. And its relative selectivity to lignin was 0.85, which was better than the other three strains. The cumulative biomethane production of pretreated corn stover by C. subvermispora was 225.94 L kg-1 VS, which was 12.32% higher than that of untreated. And the digestion period (T80) was 8 days, which was shorter than that of untreated. Therefore, C. subvermispora was the optimal strain for pretreatment of corn stover for biomethane production.
