This study analyzed the effects of male age and abstinence time on semen quality and explored the best abstinence time for Chinese males among different age groups.Semen parameters,including sperm kinetics,morphology,...This study analyzed the effects of male age and abstinence time on semen quality and explored the best abstinence time for Chinese males among different age groups.Semen parameters,including sperm kinetics,morphology,and DNA fragmentation index(DFI),were reviewed from 2952 men.Samples were divided into six age groups(≤25 years,26–30 years,31–35 years,36–40 years,41–45 years,and>45 years)and were divided into six groups according to different abstinence time(2 days,3 days,4 days,5 days,6 days,and 7 days).The differences in semen quality between the groups were compared,and the effect of age and abstinence time on semen quality was analyzed.Significant differences were observed in semen volume,progressive motility(PR),and DFI among the age groups(all P<0.05),and no significant differences were observed in sperm morphological parameters(all P>0.05).There were significant differences in semen volume,PR,and DFI among different abstinence time groups(all P<0.05)and no significant differences in sperm morphological parameters(all P>0.05).Pearson analysis showed that male age and abstinence time were both significantly correlated with sperm kinetics and DFI(both P<0.05),while no significant correlation was found with sperm morphological parameters(all P>0.05).The box plots and histograms of men’s age,abstinence time,and semen quality show that most semen quality parameters differ significantly between the 2 days and 7 days abstinence groups and other groups at different ages.Except for the sperm morphology parameters,sperm kinetic parameters and sperm DFI are linearly related to male age and abstinence time.展开更多
AIM: To delineate the different imaging characteristics of uveal schwannoma from melanoma and discuss the optimal treatment strategy for intraocular schwannoma.METHODS: Case series of three patients diagnosed with int...AIM: To delineate the different imaging characteristics of uveal schwannoma from melanoma and discuss the optimal treatment strategy for intraocular schwannoma.METHODS: Case series of three patients diagnosed with intraocular schwannoma was collected at Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center, Guangzhou, China from July 2014 to December 2020.All the study patients underwent ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).The clinical features, therapeutic strategies, and prognoses of all patients were reviewed.RESULTS: Ultrasonography of all three patients(all females, mean age, 39y, age range, 23-54y) showed low to medium reflectivity with a homogeneous internal structure.MRI of all three patients demonstrated isointensity on T1-weighted imaging spin-echo(T1WI SE) images and hypointense on fast spin-echo T2-weighted images(FSE T2WI) images with respect to the brain.Minimally invasive pars plana vitrectomy(PPV) and local resection of the tumor was performed for all patients, and the diagnosis of schwannoma was confirmed by histopathological examination.CONCLUSION: The present study indicates that ultrasonography and MRI features of uveal schwannoma may contribute to the differentiation of uveal schwannoma from melanoma, and the optimal therapy for intraocular schwannoma is minimally invasive PPV and local resection.展开更多
利用高光谱成像技术,研究一种快速、准确、无损的鉴别金银花与山银花的方法。通过对比3种预处理方法对偏最小二乘算法(Partial Least Squares,PLS)建模效果的影响,得到SNV为建模最优预处理方法。使用回归系数法(Regression Coefficient,...利用高光谱成像技术,研究一种快速、准确、无损的鉴别金银花与山银花的方法。通过对比3种预处理方法对偏最小二乘算法(Partial Least Squares,PLS)建模效果的影响,得到SNV为建模最优预处理方法。使用回归系数法(Regression Coefficient,RC)和连续投影算法(Successive Projection Algorithm,SPA)选择经预处理后光谱的特征波长,并分别建立极限学习机(Extreme learning machine,ELM)和最小二乘支持向量机(Last Squares Support Vector Machine,LSSVM)的判别分析模型。结果表明,光谱经SNV预处理后,应用SPA提取特征波长并建立LS-SVM判别分析模型为金银花和山银花最优判别模型,其建模集与预测集识别率均达到了100.00%。因此,利用高光谱成像技术能够无损、有效地鉴别金银花与山银花,并且在全光谱和特征波长下均能实现金银花与山银花的快速判别分析。展开更多

文摘目的:系统评价新型口服抗凝药双联治疗和华法林三联治疗经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后合并房颤患者有效性和安全性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、CNKI数据库、万方数据库等数据库,检索时限均为从建库至2020年11月。由2名评价者按照纳入标准与排除标准以及Cochrane协作网推荐的方法独立筛选文献,提取资料并评价文献质量,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入4篇研究,11 024例患者。Meta分析结果显示:常规剂量NOACs和低剂量NOACs双联治疗与华法林三联治疗PCI术后合并房颤患者在主要不良心脑血管事件、心肌梗死、卒中、支架内血栓形成、死亡发生率方面差异均无统计学意义。与华法林三联治疗相比,常规剂量NOACs双联治疗可以降低国际血栓与止血学会(International Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis, ISTH)重大或临床相关的非重大出血(OR=0.72,95%CI:0.64~0.82,I2=0%,P<0.01)、主要出血(OR=0.71,95%CI:0.58~0.87,I2=0%,P=0.000 9)、颅内出血(OR=0.28,95%CI:0.11~0.70,I2=0%,P=0.006)的发生。低剂量NOACs可以降低ISTH重大或临床相关的非重大出血(OR=0.49,95%CI:0.40~0.62,P<0.01)、主要出血(OR=0.52,95%CI:0.36~0.75,P=0.000 4)的发生。亚组分析显示:常规剂量NOACs可以降低CrCl≥80 mL·min^(-1)患者死亡或血栓栓塞事件或非计划性血运重建(OR=0.57,95%CI:0.35~0.92,P=0.02)和ISTH重大或临床相关的非重大出血(OR=0.61,95%CI:0.42~0.89,P=0.01)的发生。低剂量NOACs会增加≥75岁患者死亡或血栓栓塞事件或非计划性血运重建的发生(OR=1.57,95%CI:1.06~2.33,P=0.02)。低剂量NOACs可以降低30≤CrCl<50 mL·min^(-1)患者ISTH重大或临床相关的非重大出血的发生(OR=0.53,95%CI:0.30~0.92,P=0.02)。结论:常规剂量NOACs和低剂量NOACs双联治疗PCI术后合并房颤患者与华法林三联治疗在有效性方面相当,安全性方面优于华法林三联治疗。对于年龄≥75岁和CrCl≥80 mL·min
