Near-infrared light(NIR)triggered transdermal drug delivery systems are of great interest due to their on-demand drug release,which enable to enhance drug treatment efficiency as well as reduce side effect.Herein,a NI...Near-infrared light(NIR)triggered transdermal drug delivery systems are of great interest due to their on-demand drug release,which enable to enhance drug treatment efficiency as well as reduce side effect.Herein,a NIR-triggered microneedle(MN)patch array has been fabricated through depositing the photothermal conversion agent and anti-diabetic drug-loaded polymer vesicles with upper critical solution temperature(UCST)into dissolvable polymer matrix.The UCST-type polymer has a clearing point temperature of 41℃ and the drug-loaded polymer vesicles present excellent NIR-triggered and temperature responsive drug release behavior in vitro due to the disassociation of polymer vesicles upon NIR irradiation.After applying MNs to diabetic rats,significant hypoglycemic effect is achieved upon interval NIR irradiation and the blood glucose concentration can decrease to normal state for several hours,which enables to achieve the goal of on-demand drug release.This work suggests that the NIR-triggered MN drug release device has a potential application in the treatment of diabetes,especially for those requiring an active drug release manner.展开更多

The Redlich-Kwong EOS is in better agreement with experimental data on coexistence curves at the critical point than the van der Waals EOS. We implement the Redlich-Kwong EOS in the Lattice Boltzmann Method (LBM) simulations via a pseudo-potential approach. We propose a new force, which can obtain computational stationary and reach larger density ratio. As a result, multi-phase flows with large density ratio (up to 1012 in the stationary case) can be simulated. We perform four numerical simulations, which are respectively related to single liquid droplet, vapor-liquid separation, surface tension and liquid coalescence of two droplets.展开更多

Influence of ball-nfilling time and iron content on microstructure and magnetic properties of the CeCo4,325-xCuo.675Fex sintered magnets were investigated. It is shown that the properties of the magnet produced by mag- netic powders ball-milled for 40 min are better than that for 30 rain. With iron content increasing, remanence Br and maxi- mum energy product (BH)m increase first and then decrease. The optimal magnetic properties are obtained for the CeCo3.65Cuo.675Feo.675 sintered magnet: Br=0.685 T, the intrinsic coercivity Hci = 350 kA.m-1, and (BH)m : 85.6 kJ.m-3. The increase of Br is mainly influenced by iron content of 1:5 matrix which can properly increase the saturation induction Bs; the rapid increase of the amount of Ce-rich phase and 5:19 phase gives rise to the deterioration of the magnets when x ≥ 0.775.展开更多
