凉山州2005-2016年新发现HIV感染者的流行特征及趋势分析 被引量:33

目的通过分析2005-2016年艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体检测及感染者的发现情况,了解凉山州艾滋病的流行特点及趋势。方法从"艾滋病综合防治信息系统"中,下载2005-2016年凉山州各年年底历史卡片库和HIV抗体检测份数表,采用描述性分析方法对... 目的通过分析2005-2016年艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体检测及感染者的发现情况,了解凉山州艾滋病的流行特点及趋势。方法从"艾滋病综合防治信息系统"中,下载2005-2016年凉山州各年年底历史卡片库和HIV抗体检测份数表,采用描述性分析方法对凉山州2005-2016年新发现的HIV感染者的流行特征及趋势进行分析。结果在新发现HIV感染者中,注射吸毒途径传播构成比从2011年的64.42%下降到2016年36.44%,异性传播构成比则从27.19%上升到57.16%;2016年新发现的非商业异性性传播HIV感染者占异性传播构成比为77.45%,商业性行为占19.42%;男女性别比从2005年的9.51∶1降低到2016年的1.46∶1;2005-2016年新发现的病例中,每年均以昭觉县、布拖县、越西县、美姑县病例最多,占50%以上。结论目前凉山州艾滋病传播途径由注射吸毒向非商业异性性传播方式转变,使得艾滋病疫情在一般人群中扩散;凉山州已进入艾滋病广泛流行阶段,特别是在昭觉县、布拖县、越西县等彝族聚居的地区。除吸毒人群的高危行为的干预外,针对一般人群的HIV抗体筛查以及健康教育宣传、干预服务也是凉山州艾滋病防控工作的重点。 展开更多

The BmSuc1 gene,which encodes a novel animal-typeβ-fructofuranosidase(EC 3.2.1.26),was first cloned and identified in silkworm(Bombyx mori).As an essential sucrase,the activity of BmSUC1 is unaffected by alkaloidal sugar mimics in mulberry leaves.This enzyme may also directly regulate the degree of sucrose hydrolysis in the silkworm midgut.In addition,BmSUC1 is involved in the synthesis of sericin 1 in the silk gland tissue.However,the mechanism underlying the regulation of BmSuc1 transcription remains unclear.In this study,we analyzed the BmSuc1 promoter activity using a dual-luciferase reporter assay and identified 4 regions that are critical for transcriptional activation.The gene encoding a predicted transcription factor(TATA-box-binding protein;BmTBP)capable of binding to the core promoter regions was cloned.A quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction analysis indicated the gene was highly expressed in the midgut.Downregulating BmTBP expression via RNA interference decreased the expression of BmSuc1 at the transcript and protein levels.An electrophoretic mobility shift analysis and chromatin immunoprecipitation indicated that BmTBP can bind to the TATA-box cis-regulatory element in the BmSuc1 promoter.Furthermore,a bioinformatics-based analysis and a far-western blot revealed the interaction between BmTBP and another transcription factor(BmTfIIA-S).The luciferase reporter gene assay results confirmed that the BmTBP–BmTfIIA-S complex increases the BmSuc1 promoter activity.Considered together,these findings suggest that BmTBP regulates BmSuc1 expression through its interaction with BmTfIIA-S. 展开更多

Video steganography plays an important role in secret communication that conceals a secret video in a cover video by perturbing the value of pixels in the cover frames.Imperceptibility is the first and foremost requirement of any steganographic approach.Inspired by the fact that human eyes perceive pixel perturbation differently in different video areas,a novel effective and efficient Deeply‐Recursive Attention Network(DRANet)for video steganography to find suitable areas for information hiding via modelling spatio‐temporal attention is proposed.The DRANet mainly contains two important components,a Non‐Local Self‐Attention(NLSA)block and a Non‐Local Co‐Attention(NLCA)block.Specifically,the NLSA block can select the cover frame areas which are suitable for hiding by computing the correlations among inter‐and intra‐cover frames.The NLCA block aims to effectively produce the enhanced representations of the secret frames to enhance the robustness of the model and alleviate the influence of different areas in the secret video.Furthermore,the DRANet reduces the model parameters by performing similar operations on the different frames within an input video recursively.Experimental results show the proposed DRANet achieves better performance with fewer parameters than the state‐of‐the‐art competitors. 展开更多

Wireless Machine to Machine (M2M) communications enable ubiquitous sensing, controlling, and acting via sensors, actuators, and actors. Reliability and security are of foremost importance in wireless M2M systems. A simple, target distinguishing attack can result in M2M's failure. This paper presents a Reliable and SEcure scheme, RISE, which is a package of policies that guarantee the reliability of data (including sensor reports and actuator instructions) and devices (including sensors, actuators, and actors). The data reliability is improved by four algorithms, ChooseMedian, ChooseMost, ChooseNearest, and Trust-based Enhancement. Report attainability is improved via m repeat-sending and n multiple-reporting algorithms. Device reliability is guaranteed by device-indistinguishability, which comprises data-indistinguishability and behavior-indistinguishability. This study investigated the production of M140, aligned multi-walled carbon nanotubes (A-MWNTs) reinforced M140 composites (A-MWNTs-M140) and their mechanical properties including their compressive and bending properties as well as their microstructure characteristic of bend fracture surface. M140 was first produced by speed change mixing technics with commercial materials, water-bath curing at normal temperature. In addition, two different A-MWNTs dispersions including carbonyl disper- sions of A-MWNTs (C-A-MWNTs) and aqueous dispersions of A-MWNTs (A-A-MWNTs) with the addition of 0.01wt% A-MWNTs were utilized to obtain enhanced mechanical properties with respect to plain M140. The results indicated that the use of A-MWNTs dispersions allows increasing compressive strength and flexural strength by 8.4% and 5.4%, respectively for the C-A-MWNTs-M140, and by 15.9% and 20.7% for the A-A-MWNTs-M140, respectively. The SEM and EPMA examinations of fracture surface also showed that the bond interface between the nanotubes and matrix is moderate and the main reinforcing mechanisms are microfilling effect, CNTs pull-out and debond. The aqueous dispersion of A-MWNTs is an appropriate method and is more compatible with the M140. 展开更多

Network coding can improve network efficiency by extending copy-and-forward paradigm to code-and- forward paradigm. It thus imposes a security problem called pollution attack that some network coding or forwarding nodes may intentionally fabricate, modify, forge, or drop packets. Recently, many authentication methods are proposed to guarantee the correctness of encoding and forwarding results via the verification from receivers. Those methods include homomorphic hashing, homomorphic message authentication code, and homomorphic signature. However, those schemes result in expensive computation overhead due to the homomorphic cryptographic primitives, so that those methods will not be able to work in most applications that confront resource constraints. In this paper, we propose an ultra-lightweight checking protocol to guarantee the secure network coding without any homomorphic cryptographic primitives. The extensive analysis proofs that it has following advantages: the least security assumption for intermediate nodes, the least cryptographic primitive requirement, ultra-lightweight computation, flexible message length with probably proof, and minimal rounds in terms of message exchanging. 展开更多

目的 了解四川省布拖县艾滋病单阳家庭阴性配偶人群的暴露前预防用药意愿及其影响因素分析,为制定针对该人群的艾滋病暴露前用药的策略及其他干预措施提供科学依据。方法 2021年4月通过对布拖县特木里镇、九都乡和木尔乡的418位艾滋病... 目的 了解四川省布拖县艾滋病单阳家庭阴性配偶人群的暴露前预防用药意愿及其影响因素分析,为制定针对该人群的艾滋病暴露前用药的策略及其他干预措施提供科学依据。方法 2021年4月通过对布拖县特木里镇、九都乡和木尔乡的418位艾滋病单阳家庭的阴性配偶进行现场问卷调查,收集人口学基本特征、艾滋病相关知识知晓情况、性行为相关情况、接受干预情况等信息,并用SPSS 23.0软件对数据进行卡方检验和Logistic模型分析,检验水准α=0.05。结果 有82.3%的调查对象愿意使用暴露前预防用药,影响因素分析结果显示:与配偶不按时服药的组相比,配偶按时服药组(OR=3.2,95%CI:1.3~8.2,P=0.014)更有意愿使用暴露前预防用药;与性行为频率每月在5次及以上组相比,1次及以下组(OR=8.7,95%CI:3.9~19.0,P<0.001),2~4次组(OR=4.9,95%CI:2.6~9.4,P<0.001),更有意愿使用暴露前预防用药;与过去3个月发生性行为从未使用安全套组,经常使用安全套组及每次使用安全套组相比,过去3个月性行为很少使用避孕套组(OR=0.3,95%CI:0.2~0.7,P=0.006),更有意愿使用暴露前预防用药。结论 单阳家庭阴性配偶对暴露前预防用药普遍持期待态度,健康意识弱的单阳家庭更需要推广使用,基层对暴露前预防用药的宣传干预还需要进一步加强。 展开更多

To search for new and bioactive components from traditional Chinese medicines and provide scientific evidence for taxonomy, the chemical constituents of the plant were investigated by various column chromatography methods (silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and RP-18). From the aerial parts of S. rubriflora, three new megastigmane glycosides, namely (3S, 5R, 6S, 9R)-megastigmane-3, 9-diol 3-O-[α-L-arabionfuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside] (1), 7-megastigmene-3-ol-9-one 3-O-[α-L-arabionfuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside] (2), and megastigmane-3α, 4β, 9σ-triol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), along with 14 known compounds, were isolated. OBJECTIVE To study the treatment effect of Gastrodia elata and Uncaria rhynchophylla water extract(GUW)against cerebral ischemia,and the metabolomic profile of cerebrospinal fluid in GUW treated cerebral ischemia in rat model.METHODS Middle cerebral artery occlusion was performed in male SD rat.GUW or control(PBS)was administered orally for 7d post-operationally.At day 7,the brain of the rat was harvested.The infarct volume of the brain was measured after TTC staining.The brain was subjected to H&E and cresyl violet staining in histological analysis.The cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)of another set of animals was aspirated.The CSF samples were labeled with 13 C-dansyl and 12C-dansyl chloride.The reaction mixture was put into liquid chromatography Fourier-transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry for analysis of the CSF metabolome.Multivariate statistical analysis will be carried out to determine the differences of metabolomic profile in CSF of GUW versus control group.RESULTS After GUW treatment,the neurological deficit score was significantly improved from day 3 to 7(P<0.001).GUW treated group significantly reduced 55.7%infarct volume on MCAO rats in TTC stained brain slices(P<0.001)and preserved brain histological structure observed in H&E and cresyl violet staining.On the other hand,according to various statistical analyses to compare CSF metabolite in the GUW and control group,volcano plot analysis showed 48 metabolites(P<0.001);OPLS-DA analysis showed 129 metabolites(VIP score >2.0)and 45 metabolites in ROC curve analysis.Among identified metabolites,L-aspartic acid(60%)and glycine(62%)decreased in GUW while threoninyl-alanine increased by 1.6 fold significantly.CONCLUSION GUW ameliorated cerebral ischemic injury,and the metabolomic approach may be a potential means to find biomarker of the Chinese medicine treatment on cerebral ischemia. 展开更多

Entropic contribution to the interaction parameter (?) in the model incompressible polymer/oligomer system iscalculated by the lattice cluster theory(LCT).It is found that in the oligomer solvent,there exists a wide concentration rangethat the non-combinatorial“entropic interaction”term (?)φ_1φ_2 perceptibly counteracts the mean field combinary entropy△S_(MF).With the increase of the solvent size,both (?) and the ratio (?)φ_1φ_2/△S_(MF) first reach their maximum and finallybecome trivially to zero.It is worth noting that no any demixing was found in the current calculation.This makes thecontroversial idea“entropically driven demixing”even elusive.However,we propose that further work on compressiblepolymer solution with structured monomer will witness the demixing owning to an increased configurational correlation. 展开更多

干旱是影响甘蔗生产最严重的农业气象灾害之一,在气候变化背景下,甘蔗生育期干旱时空演变特征对于蔗糖生产的防灾减灾具有重要意义。该文以中国甘蔗主产区广西为研究区,利用1971-2017年气温和降水量数据,采用标准化降水蒸散指数SPEI(sta... 干旱是影响甘蔗生产最严重的农业气象灾害之一,在气候变化背景下,甘蔗生育期干旱时空演变特征对于蔗糖生产的防灾减灾具有重要意义。该文以中国甘蔗主产区广西为研究区,利用1971-2017年气温和降水量数据,采用标准化降水蒸散指数SPEI(standardized precipitation evapotranspiration index)作为干旱指标,在充分验证其对干旱监测适用性的基础上,以甘蔗不同生育期为时间尺度,同时考虑研究区甘蔗播种期差异,分析广西甘蔗不同种植区各等级干旱时空演变特征及规律,结果发现:1)利用SPEI可以较客观的反映甘蔗生育期干旱。SPEI与甘蔗种植区典型干旱事件的时间、强度吻合度较高,甘蔗各生育期及全生育期SPEI与不同深度的土壤湿度多呈显著相关,多数通过了0.01水平的显著性水平检验。2)1971-2017年,甘蔗各个生育期多呈干旱化趋势。其中,分蘖期干旱化趋势最强,苗期次之,茎伸长期干旱化趋势最弱,工艺成熟期呈湿润化的变化趋势。3)甘蔗不同生育期干旱周期变化明显。在10~15a时间尺度上,多有4~6个干-湿循环,5a时间尺度下则有更多的干-湿循环交替,相较于分蘖期和工艺成熟期,茎伸长期、苗期周期变化更明显。4)甘蔗各个生育期干旱空间分布特征差异较大。甘蔗工艺成熟期干旱发生频率最高,分蘖期干旱最低,茎伸长期和苗期相当。甘蔗各个生育期均以轻旱为主,重旱和特旱发生频率较低,其中茎伸长期和工艺成熟期中旱频率明显高于其他生育期。对于甘蔗苗期和茎伸长期,桂北地区干旱发生频率高于其他地区,而对于分蘖期和工艺成熟期,桂中地区干旱发生频率较高。 展开更多

针对噪声影响下时变谐波检测问题,提出基于同步挤压小波变换(SWT)的检测方法。首先利用SWT算法将混有噪声的时变谐波信号分解为不同的内蕴模态函数分量(IMTs),进而提取出所含谐波分量,然后对每个谐波分量进行Hilbert变换,得到每个本征... 针对噪声影响下时变谐波检测问题,提出基于同步挤压小波变换(SWT)的检测方法。首先利用SWT算法将混有噪声的时变谐波信号分解为不同的内蕴模态函数分量(IMTs),进而提取出所含谐波分量,然后对每个谐波分量进行Hilbert变换,得到每个本征函数的瞬时频率和幅值及谐波扰动的起止时刻。基于SWT准确的模态分离能力,实现了各谐波的瞬时频率、瞬时幅值和谐波扰动的起止时刻等参数较高精度的获取。与传统的希尔伯特-黄(HHT)方法相比,该方法对于谐波的分离能力更强,对噪声有更强的鲁棒性。仿真及实际数据表明,所提方法在噪声环境下依然能精确提取各个模态,验证了该方法在时变谐波检测分析中的有效性。 展开更多
