The Taklimakan Desert(TD) and Gobi Desert(GD) are two of the most important dust sources in East Asia, and have important impact on energy budgets, ecosystems and water cycles at regional and even global scales. To investigate the contribution of the TD and the GD to dust concentrations in East Asia as a whole, dust emissions, transport, and deposition over the TD and the GD in different seasons from 2007 to 2011 were systematically compared, based on the Weather Research and Forecasting model coupled with Chemistry(WRF-Chem). Dust emissions, uplift, and long-range transport related to these two dust source regions were markedly different due to differences in topography, elevation, thermal conditions, and atmospheric circulation. Specifically,the topography of the GD is relatively flat, and at a high elevation, and the area is under the influence of two jet streams at high altitudes, resulting in high wind speeds in the upper atmosphere. Deep convective mixing enables the descending branch of jet streams to continuously transport momentum downward to the mid-troposphere, leading to enhanced wind speeds in the lower troposphere over the GD which favors the vertical uplift of the GD dust particles. Therefore, the GD dust was very likely to be transported under the effect of strong westerly jets, and thus played the most important role in contributing to dust concentrations in East Asia. Approximately 35% and 31% of dust emitted from the GD transported to remote areas in East Asia in spring and summer, respectively. The TD has the highest dust emission capabilities in East Asia, with emissions of about 70.54 Tg yr.1 in spring, accounting for 42% of the total dust emissions in East Asia. However, the TD is located in the Tarim Basin and surrounded by mountains on three sides. Furthermore, the dominant surface wind direction is eastward and the average wind speed at high altitudes is relatively small over the TD. However, patients with complex, long-segment urethral strictures and significant scar tissue formation after the failure of previous urethroplasty, still present an operative challenge. The buccal mucosa may not be useful for the treatment of the complicated lengthy urethral strictures because of limited material. To explore the possibility of urethral reconstruction with a graft of colonic mucosa for the treatment of complicated lengthy strictures, we investigated the use of colonic mucosa as a novel substitute for urethral reconstruction in dogs with severe lengthy urethral structure.(5,6) The objects of the present study were to investigate further whether the colonic mucosal graft is an ideal substitute material, for urethral reconstruction, in place of buccal mucosal graft and their pathological characteristic after long-term exposure to urine. 展开更多

East Asian dust(EAD) exerts considerable impacts on the energy balance and climate/climate change of the earth system through its influence on solar and terrestrial radiation, cloud properties, and precipitation eff... East Asian dust(EAD) exerts considerable impacts on the energy balance and climate/climate change of the earth system through its influence on solar and terrestrial radiation, cloud properties, and precipitation efficiency. Providing an accurate description of the life cycle and climate effects of EAD is therefore critical to better understanding of climate change and socioeconomic development in East Asia and even worldwide. Dust modeling has undergone substantial development since the late 1990 s, associated with improved understanding of the role of EAD in the earth system. Here, we review the achievements and progress made in recent decades in terms of dust modeling research,including dust emissions, long-range transport, radiative forcing(RF), and climate effects of dust particles over East Asia. Numerous efforts in dust/EAD modeling have been directed towards furnishing more sophisticated physical and chemical processes into the models on higher spatial resolutions. Meanwhile, more systematic observations and more advanced retrieval methods for instruments that address EAD related science issues have made it possible to evaluate model results and quantify the role of EAD in the earth system, and to further reduce the uncertainties in EAD simulations. Though much progress has been made, large discrepancies and knowledge gaps still exist among EAD simulations. The deficiencies and limitations that pertain to the performance of the EAD simulations referred to in the present study are also discussed. 展开更多

Shape- and composition-controlled synthesis of platinum-based nanocrystals (NCs) is critical for the development of electrocatalysts that have high activity toward the methanol oxidation reaction (MOR) in direct methanol fuel cells (DMFCs). We report one-pot surfactant-free synthesis of interconnected PtgsCo5 nanowires (NWs) via an oriented attachment process, which has distinct advantages over conventional template- and surfactant-assisted approaches. Enhanced electrochemical activities toward MOR were confirmed through comparison with pure Pt NWs and commercial Pt/C catalyst. Pt95Co5 NWs demonstrated the highest current density during the long-term stability test. These results reveal that the introduction of the 3d-transition metal Co can reduce the catalyst cost and contribute to the improvement of electrochemical performance. The integrated design of interconnected NW structure, bimetallic composition, and clean surfaces in the present system may open a new way to the development of excellent electrocatalysts in DMFCs. 展开更多

Background: The foundation of this acupuncture model is to solve the lack of experimental teaching model and student’s inadequate ability to identify acupoints in the teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: In this model we use modern materials to simulate human arms and combination with electronic engineering to create a “Modern Version of Acupuncture Man” and select 2015 undergraduates of Traditional Chinese Medicine School in Jinan University as the research object, to divide those students into two teaching mode which is using acupuncture models or not, to compare their mastery of the acupoint names and position. Results: After the three times different mode teaching and have a test, the average score of using models group was much higher than traditional teaching mode groups (p < 0.05). And all the students expressed that using the model teaching and investigation could better grasp the location and depth of acupoints and enhance their ability of identifying acupoints. Conclusions: The acupuncture models beneficial to the training the acupuncture of Traditional Chinese Medicine students, and also it can make the theory of acupuncture more “Standardization” and “Visualization”. 展开更多

推动“互联网”与“绿色生态”的深度融合,对实现中国经济高质量发展具有重大意义。基于2003—2018年中国277个城市的面板数据,构建了互联网发展指数与绿色经济效率指数,并运用空间滞后模型(SAR)与中介效应模型,多维度实证检验了互联网... 推动“互联网”与“绿色生态”的深度融合,对实现中国经济高质量发展具有重大意义。基于2003—2018年中国277个城市的面板数据,构建了互联网发展指数与绿色经济效率指数,并运用空间滞后模型(SAR)与中介效应模型,多维度实证检验了互联网发展对绿色经济效率的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:第一,互联网发展不仅显著地提升了本地区城市绿色经济效率水平,同时还对周边地区的绿色经济效率存在正向空间溢出效应,已成为新时代中国推动高质量发展的重要力量;通过引入经济地理权重矩阵、人均GDP差值倒数权重矩阵及地理距离倒数平方矩阵进行稳健性检验,该结论仍然成立。第二,在发展阶段异质性上,2003—2012年与2013—2018年两个阶段的互联网发展均能提升城市绿色发展效率水平,且随着互联网“使用程度加深”,互联网发展会对绿色经济效率产生更大的影响;在区域异质性与城市规模异质性上,东部地区和大型城市相对于中西部地区和小型城市,互联网发展对绿色经济效率产生的影响更大。第三,就影响机制而言,产业结构合理化和高级化是互联网发展提升绿色经济效率水平的重要路径,其中产业结构合理化起到了部分中介作用,产业结构高级化起到了完全的中介作用。 展开更多

目的观察针刺联合中药熏蒸疗法治疗军事训练所致急性膝关节创伤性滑膜炎(TSKJ)的疗效及对关节液中炎症因子和脂肪因子的影响。方法将83例急性TSKJ患者按照分层随机法分为3组,均予常规治疗。对照组27例加用双氯芬酸钠肠溶片口服治疗,针刺... 目的观察针刺联合中药熏蒸疗法治疗军事训练所致急性膝关节创伤性滑膜炎(TSKJ)的疗效及对关节液中炎症因子和脂肪因子的影响。方法将83例急性TSKJ患者按照分层随机法分为3组,均予常规治疗。对照组27例加用双氯芬酸钠肠溶片口服治疗,针刺组28例加用针刺治疗,针刺联合中药组28例加用针刺联合中药熏蒸疗法。3组均治疗2周。比较3组疗效;观察3组治疗前后西安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数评分变化;观察3组治疗前后关节液中炎症因子、脂肪因子含量变化。结果对照组总有效率70.37%(19/27),针刺组总有效率92.86%(26/28),针刺联合中药组总有效率96.43%(27/28),针刺组、针刺联合中药组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),针刺联合中药组疗效优于针刺组(P<0.05)。3组治疗后疼痛、僵硬、活动功能评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且针刺组、针刺联合中药组疼痛、僵硬、活动功能评分及总评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),针刺联合中药组低于针刺组(P<0.05)。3组治疗后关节液中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量均低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),且针刺组、针刺联合中药组关节液中hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α含量均低于对照组(P<0.05),针刺联合中药组低于针刺组(P<0.05)。3组治疗后关节液中瘦素、抵抗素、内脂素、趋化素含量均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且针刺组、针刺联合中药组关节液中瘦素、抵抗素、内脂素、趋化素含量均低于对照组(P<0.05),针刺联合中药组低于针刺组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合中药熏蒸疗法治疗急性TSKJ,有助于改善患者膝关节功能,提高临床疗效,可能与降低关节液中炎症因子、脂肪因子含量有关。 展开更多

寻求经济增长与环境改善的双赢已成为绿色发展的内在要求,而推动统一市场体系建设是实现经济增长、生态环境保护与提高绿色增长效率等目标的重要制度保障。本文基于市场一体化视角,首先探讨了市场一体化对绿色发展效率的作用机理,然后利... 寻求经济增长与环境改善的双赢已成为绿色发展的内在要求,而推动统一市场体系建设是实现经济增长、生态环境保护与提高绿色增长效率等目标的重要制度保障。本文基于市场一体化视角,首先探讨了市场一体化对绿色发展效率的作用机理,然后利用2004-2018年长三角城市群38个城市的面板数据,通过空间计量模型探讨了市场一体化对长三角城市群绿色发展效率的影响,得到以下结论:(1)总体来看,在2004年到2018年这一考察期内,长三角城市群大多数城市绿色发展效率水平值有了显著提高,但绿色发展效率不平衡发展的空间格局较为突出;(2)采用地理距离矩阵、经济矩阵以及地理距离和经济嵌套矩阵的空间计量模型回归结果显示,长三角城市群绿色发展效率的确存在显著正向空间交互效应,即当长三角城市群内相邻城市的绿色发展效率水平上升时,受影响城市的绿色发展效率水平也跟随上升;(3)从空间异质性来看,市场一体化对绿色发展效率的影响呈现出空间连片特征,上海、南京、苏州、扬州、杭州、温州、宁波以及合肥等城市,其中大多数城市经济比较发达,具有较大的系数。 展开更多

在可持续高质量发展重要性日益凸显、重大公共卫生事件频发的背景下,各地政府越来越关注公共健康议题。在中央政府的主导下,全国许多地区开展了创建国家卫生城市(以下简称“创卫”)活动,各地政府也积极响应,但这种激励方式达到预期效应... 在可持续高质量发展重要性日益凸显、重大公共卫生事件频发的背景下,各地政府越来越关注公共健康议题。在中央政府的主导下,全国许多地区开展了创建国家卫生城市(以下简称“创卫”)活动,各地政府也积极响应,但这种激励方式达到预期效应了吗?论文基于中国174个城市2004—2016年的面板数据,采用倾向得分匹配法(Propensity Score Matching,PSM)和双重差分法(Difference-in-Differences,DID)相结合的PSM-DID方法考察“创卫”活动的效果。研究结果表明:(1)“创卫”活动有效提高了城市公共健康水平。(2)“创卫”活动对公共健康水平的影响存在边际效应,提升作用不具有长效性。(3)“创卫”活动主要通过抑制工业化和空气污染两大途径提高公共健康水平。(4)“创卫”活动的健康效应具有区域异质性,东部地区改善效果显著,中、西部地区不显著。文章从地方政府主动开展“创卫”活动的视角出发,实证评估了“创卫”活动对公共健康水平的直接和动态影响,识别了“创卫”活动影响城市公共健康水平的途径,并揭示了影响效应的区域差异性及其产生的原因。 展开更多
