Dear Editor, The pathways of ethylene biosynthesis and signaling have been studied in detail (Ji and Guo, 2013). Arabidopsis REVERSION-TO-ETHYLENE SENSITIVITY1 (RTE1), interacting with ETR1, and its homologs tomato GREEN RIPE (SlGR) and SlGRL1, and rice OsRTH1 negatively regulate the ethylene signaling (Barry and Giovannoni, 2006, Resnick et al., 2006; Dong et al., 2010; Zhang et al., 2012). A newly published study suggested that a cytochrome b5 and RTE1 are functional partners in promoting ETRl-mediated repression of ethylene signaling in Arabidopsis (Chang et al., 2014). However, AtRTH, RTE1 homolog in Arabidopsis, and its closest homolog in the tomato, SlGRL2 (GR-like2), do not play a role in ethylene signaling (Dong et al., 2010), and the function of the homologs of these members is not well known. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE To observe and subtype the appearance of intraductal papilloma (lesions) and of infiltrating ductal carcinoma or early infiltrating ductal carcinoma using a fiberoptic ductoscope (FDS) examination, and to discuss the differentiation and diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors,by FDS.METHODS The characteristics of FDS images and diagnostic data for 229 patients with intraductal papilloma (lesions) and 50 patients with ductal carcinoma, who were confirmed by surgical pathology from October 1998 to December 2003, were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS The appearance of the lesions observed by FDS were grouped into 4types: a monothelia (type Ⅰ), polythelia (type Ⅱ), superficies (type Ⅲ) and a mixture (type Ⅳ). Intraductal papillomas (lesions) were more commonly seen in type Ⅰ and Ⅱ, and intraductal carcinomas, or early infiltrating ductal carcinomas were more commonly seen in type Ⅲ and Ⅳ;there was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of the ductoscopic types, except in type Ⅱ, between the two types of lesions, P<0.001. The focal detection rate by FDS for intraductal papilloma and papillomatosis was 99.6% (228/229) and for breast cancer was 96.0% (48/50). The diagnostic accuracy was 97.8% (224/229) and 82.0% (41/50),respectively.CONCLUSION FDS can be a guide for the treament of benign and malignant intraductal tumors, with early discovery and accurate diagnosis. 展开更多

目的探讨“一核多元”团队照护模式在晚期肿瘤患者安宁疗护中的应用效果。方法将2018年6月至2019年6月本院安宁疗护病房收治的110例患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,对照组患者接受常规护理,试验... 目的探讨“一核多元”团队照护模式在晚期肿瘤患者安宁疗护中的应用效果。方法将2018年6月至2019年6月本院安宁疗护病房收治的110例患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,对照组患者接受常规护理,试验组患者采用以“全人照护”为核心的医、护、患及家属多元主体协同的团队照护模式,比较两组患者症状控制程度及社会支持水平。结果试验组患者在疼痛、疲乏、恶心、嗜睡、食欲、气短的躯体症状方面、抑郁和幸福感心理状态方面较对照组有所改善,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组患者家庭支持维度得分高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论“一核多元”团队照护模式有助于减轻晚期肿瘤患者部分不适生理症状,舒缓患者抑郁、焦虑,在一定程度上提高患者社会家庭支持水平,提高患者安宁疗护质量。 展开更多

目的 调查晚期癌症患者代理决策者预立医疗照护计划参与现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取某肿瘤医院375名晚期癌症患者代理决策者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、代理决策者预立医疗照护计划参与问卷、预期性悲伤... 目的 调查晚期癌症患者代理决策者预立医疗照护计划参与现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取某肿瘤医院375名晚期癌症患者代理决策者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、代理决策者预立医疗照护计划参与问卷、预期性悲伤量表及决策冲突量表进行调查。结果 晚期癌症患者代理决策者预立医疗照护计划参与均分为(2.99±0.60)分;多元线性回归分析显示,文化程度、是否有照顾临终患者经历、预期性悲伤、决策冲突是晚期癌症患者代理决策者预立医疗照护计划参与的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论 晚期癌症患者代理决策者预立医疗照护计划参与处于中等水平。建议护理工作者针对低学历、无照顾临终患者经历、预期性悲伤水平高、决策冲突水平高的晚期癌症患者代理决策者给予医疗信息支持,为决策者提供决策辅助工具,加大预立医疗照护计划的宣传力度,以提高决策者对姑息治疗与安宁疗护的认知。 展开更多

目的:分析Caprini风险评估下的分级护理对子宫全切除术患者术后下肢深静脉血栓预防价值。方法:选择2020年5月—2022年5月南华大学附属第二医院收治的子宫全切除术患者191例作为研究对象,将2020年5月—2021年4月入院的95例患者作为对照组... 目的:分析Caprini风险评估下的分级护理对子宫全切除术患者术后下肢深静脉血栓预防价值。方法:选择2020年5月—2022年5月南华大学附属第二医院收治的子宫全切除术患者191例作为研究对象,将2020年5月—2021年4月入院的95例患者作为对照组,将2021年5月—2022年5月入院的96例患者作为观察组。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取Caprini风险评估下的分级护理。比较两组护理前后凝血指标变化、术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)发生率及患者的护理满意度。结果:护理7 d,两组活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)及凝血酶原时间(PT)均长于护理1 d,且观察组APTT、TT及PT均长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理7 d,两组纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平低于护理1 d,且观察组FIB水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后下肢DVT发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Caprini风险评估下的分级护理可有效预防子宫全切除术患者术后下肢DVT的发生,有助于改善患者术后凝血指标,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。 展开更多

【目的】探究桂中报春苣苔花粉的生物学特征与繁育系统对该物种有性生殖的影响,揭示其繁殖机制,为报春苣苔属植物的保护和开发工作提供理论参考。【方法】以桂中报春苣苔为材料,观察其花部特征,筛选花粉离体萌发培养基及最佳的花粉活力... 【目的】探究桂中报春苣苔花粉的生物学特征与繁育系统对该物种有性生殖的影响,揭示其繁殖机制,为报春苣苔属植物的保护和开发工作提供理论参考。【方法】以桂中报春苣苔为材料,观察其花部特征,筛选花粉离体萌发培养基及最佳的花粉活力检测方法,探索最佳的花粉贮藏条件,判断其繁育系统类型。【结果】(1)桂中报春苣苔雌雄异熟,雄蕊先熟于雌蕊;雌雄异位,雌蕊高于雄蕊;(2)花粉离体萌发培养的最优培养基配方为40 mg/mL硼酸+10%蔗糖+7 g/L琼脂,培养时间为2 h;(3)花粉在-20℃和-80℃条件下贮藏7 d后均能保持较高的萌发率;(4)柱头在开花2~4 d可授性最强;(5)花粉胚珠比(P/O)为518.36~782.75,杂交指数(OCI)为5;(6)有较高的自交亲和性,不能进行无融合生殖。【结论】离体萌发法是最为直观准确的花粉活力检测方式,低温有利于桂中报春苣苔花粉贮藏,繁育系统以异交为主。 展开更多

为科学评价报春苣苔属植物的观赏性状,以报春苣苔属40种植物为材料,采用层次分析法,确定观叶性状、观花性状、植株特征和栽培表现共4个一级指标构成约束层,并在标准层选取叶形、叶面斑纹、叶色、花色及斑纹、花冠大小、花量、花期时长... 为科学评价报春苣苔属植物的观赏性状,以报春苣苔属40种植物为材料,采用层次分析法,确定观叶性状、观花性状、植株特征和栽培表现共4个一级指标构成约束层,并在标准层选取叶形、叶面斑纹、叶色、花色及斑纹、花冠大小、花量、花期时长、叶片排列、株型紧凑程度、花序梗形态、栽培难度、病虫害和抗逆性14个二级指标因子来构建报春苣苔属观赏性状综合评价体系。结果表明:在4个一级指标中,栽培表现所占权重最大,为34.0%,后面依次是株型特征(26.6%)、观花性状(24.0%)以及观叶性状(15.4%)。在14个二级指标因子中,栽培难度、花序梗形态、叶面斑纹以及叶片排列对报春苣苔属植物观赏价值的总权重均超过10.0%,其中栽培难度的总权重达17.2%,是影响报春苣苔属观赏价值的关键指标。根据制定的评分标准对40种报春苣苔属植物进行赋值,结合权重计算总分,并划分为3个等级:Ⅰ级(总分3.5以上),观赏价值高的种类,共计10种;Ⅱ级(总分3.0~3.5),观赏价值中等的种类,共计20种;Ⅲ级(总分3.0以下),观赏价值低的种类,共计10种。其中,被评为观赏价值高的种类(Ⅰ级)有:妖后、雪天使、桂中报春苣苔、星尘、覃塘报春苣苔、蓝色心情、柳江报春苣苔、莲座状河池报春苣苔、翔鸟、大根报春苣苔,这10种报春苣苔属植物均易于栽培且在观花观叶性状和株型特征上各有突出,即可作为优良的杂交亲本参与育种,也可直接推广到市场;被划为观赏价值低的种类(Ⅲ级)往往是在栽培方面有难度、抗逆性差、花序梗形态差以及花色斑纹缺乏特点。通过聚类分析将40种报春苣苔按观赏性状划分为5类,选择性状互补的种类作为亲本有望产生更为优良的杂交品种。 展开更多

Lentinan samples,(1→3)-β-D-glucans containing 4.6-15.2 wt% proteins,coded as L-I_1 L-I_2 L-I_3 and L-I_4(L-I)were isolated from four kinds of Lentinus edodes.These glucans were treated with acetone to remove the protein in orderto obtain free protein glucans coded as LNP-I_1,LNP-I_2.LNP-I_3 and LNP-I_4(LNP-I).The free-protein polysaccharideswere sulfated to give derivatives(S-LNP-I)with degree of substitution(DS)from 0.4-0.8.The structural features andweight-average molecular weight(M_w)of the samples were investigated by using infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis,^(13)C-NMR,size exclusion chromatography combined with laser light scattering(SEC-LLS)and viscometry.The effects ofstructure and conformation of the polysaccharides on antitumor activities were assayed in vivo(Sarcoma 180 solid tumors)and in vitro(Sarcoma 180,HL-60,MCF-7 and Vero tumors).The results indicated that the predominant species of thesamples L-I and LNP-I in 0.2 mol/L NaCl aqueous solution existed as triple-helical chains with high rigidity and in dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO)as single-flexible chains.Interestingly,the antitumor activities of LNP-I are lower than those of the nativeglucans(L-I),whereas their sulfated derivatives have higher inhibition ratio against Sarcoma 180 than LNP-I.The resultsreveal that the binding of protein,sulfated modification and the triple helix conformation are important factors in theenhancement of the antitumor activities of polysaccharides on the whole. 展开更多

Objective To observe the effects of retinoic acid (RA) on the proliferation and differentiation of a human ovarian carcino-ma cell line: 3AO cells. Methods 3AO cell proliferation was evaluated by viable cell count, percentage of cells in each cycle phase were analyzed by flow cytometric analysis, alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activity was determined as described , and CA125 expression was measured by ELISA. Results RA could inhibit the proliferation of 3AO cells accompanied with morphological changes in a dose-dependent manner. Cell cycle analysis indicated that RA inhibition of 3AO cells growth occurred through induction of G1 arrest with a concomitant reduction in the proportion of cells in S phase, AKP activity increased significantly after treatment with RA(0.1 μmol/L) for 1-5 days. Dose-response studies revealed that the AKP activity increased to a different extent as a function of RA concentrations. Furthermore, RA could suppress the expression of CA125 tumor marker in 3AO cells.Conclusion RA could markedly inhibit the proliferation and induce the differentiation of 3AO cells. for 1-5 days. 目的:研究加速康复外科(Enhanced Recovery After Surgery,ERAS)技术对剖宫产产妇胃肠功能恢复以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年6—12月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院产科收治的实施剖宫产产妇200例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为... 目的:研究加速康复外科(Enhanced Recovery After Surgery,ERAS)技术对剖宫产产妇胃肠功能恢复以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年6—12月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院产科收治的实施剖宫产产妇200例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组产妇给予常规护理干预,观察组产妇在对照组基础上,给予加速康复外科技术护理,采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)比较2组产妇干预前后睡眠质量的改善情况,同时比较2组产妇术后胃肠功能恢复情况及不良症状发生率。结果:护理干预后,观察组产妇术后并发症发生率低于对照组,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,观察组术后胃肠功能恢复情况优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加速康复技术可以有效改善剖宫产产妇的胃肠功能,降低并发症发生率,提高睡眠质量,值得临床推广使用。 展开更多

OBJECTIVE Uridine adenosine tetraphosphate(Up4A),a dinucleotide,contains both purine and pyrimidine moieties,and exerts its vascular influence via activation of purinergic receptors.Here,we aimed to investigate the effects of Up4 A on angiogenesis and the putative purinergic receptors(PR)involved in this process.METHODS Tubule formation assay was performed in 3D matrix system.In this assay,human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)were co-cultured with pericytes with various Up4 A doses(0,1,2.5,5,10 and 20μmol·L-1)in the absence and presence of P2Y6 R antagonist MRS2578(10μmol·L-1)for 5d.Expression profile of PR subtypes and angiogenic factors was assessed in HUVECs by q-PCR with and without P2Y6 R antagonist.RESULTS No difference in initial tubule formation was detected between Up4 A stimulation and control conditions at day 2.In contrast,a significant increase in vascular density in response to Up4 A was observed at day 5.Up4 A at a dose of 2.5and 5μmol·L-1 promoted total tubule length(by-1.89 fold and-2.23fold),number of tubules(by-1.71 fold and-1.89fold)as well as number of junctions(by-2.24 fold and-2.80fold),all of which were inhibited by MRS2578.Further increase in Up4 A dose to10 and 20μmol·L-1 did not induce an increase in these vascular parameters as compared to non-treated controls.Moreover,Up4 A increased mRNA level of P2YRs(P2Y2R,P2Y4 R and P2Y6R)but not P2XR(P2X4R and P2X7R)or P1R(A2AR and A2BR),while Up4 A upregulated VEGFA and ANGPT1 but not VEGFR2,ANGPT2,Tie1 and Tie2at mRNA level.Transcriptional upregulation of P2 YRs and angiogenic factors by Up4 A was inhibited by MRS2578.CONCLUSION Up4 A is functionally capable of promoting tubule formation in vitro co-culture system.This process is likely mediated by activation of pyrimidine-favored P2 YRs but not P2 XR or P1 Rs,and involves stimulation of well known angiogenic factors. 展开更多
