Enhancing source domain availability through data and feature transfer learning for building power load forecasting

During the initial phases of operation following the construction or renovation of existing buildings,the availability of historical power usage data is limited,which leads to lower accuracy in load forecasting and hinders normal usage.Fortunately,by transferring load data from similar buildings,it is possible to enhance forecasting accuracy.However,indiscriminately expanding all source domain data to the target domain is highly likely to result in negative transfer learning.This study explores the feasibility of utilizing similar buildings(source domains)in transfer learning by implementing and comparing two distinct forms of multi-source transfer learning.Firstly,this study focuses on the Higashita area in Kitakyushu City,Japan,as the research object.Four buildings that exhibit the highest similarity to the target buildings within this area were selected for analysis.Next,the two-stage TrAdaBoost.R^(2) algorithm is used for multi-source transfer learning,and its transfer effect is analyzed.Finally,the application effects of instance-based(IBMTL)and feature-based(FBMTL)multi-source transfer learning are compared,which explained the effect of the source domain data on the forecasting accuracy in different transfer modes.The results show that combining the two-stage TrAdaBoost.R^(2) algorithm with multi-source data can reduce the CV-RMSE by 7.23%compared to a single-source domain,and the accuracy improvement is significant.At the same time,multi-source transfer learning,which is based on instance,can better supplement the integrity of the target domain data and has a higher forecasting accuracy.Overall,IBMTL tends to retain effective data associations and FBMTL shows higher forecasting stability.The findings of this study,which include the verification of real-life algorithm application and source domain availability,can serve as a theoretical reference for implementing transfer learning in load forecasting. 展开更多

Although the Ostwald ripening approach is often utilized to manufacture single hollow metal oxide,constructing hollow binary oxide heterostructures as potent photoelectrochemical(PEC)catalysts is still obscure and challenging.Herein,we reveal a general strategy for fabricating hollow binary oxides heterostructures(Co_(3)O_(4)-δ-MnO_(2)and Co_(3)O_(4)–SnO_(2))utilizing Ostwald ripening.Hollow Co_(3)O_(4)-δ-MnO_(2)nano-network with the structure evolution process was systematically explored through experimental and theoretical tools,identifying the origin of hollow binary oxides due to the interfaces acting as landing sites for their growth.In addition,the structural evolution,from hollow Co_(3)O_(4)-δ-MnO_(2)to Co_(3)O_(4)-α-MnO_(2),can be observed when the time of secondary hydrothermal reaches 96 h due to the topotactic layer-to-tunnel transition process.Notably,optimized Co_(3)O_(4)-δ-MnO_(2)-48 exhibits a superior PEC degradation efficiency of 96.42%and excellent durability(20,000 min)under harsh acid conditions,attributed to the massive hollow structures'vast surface area for high intently active species.Furthermore,density functional theory simulations elucidated the Co_(3)O_(4)-δ-MnO_(2)’electron-deficient surface and high d-band center(Co_(3)O_(4)-δ-MnO_(2),-1.06;Co_(3)O_(4)-α-MnO_(2),-1.49),strengthening the interaction between the catalyst's surface and active species and prolonging the lifetime of active species ofO_(2)and 1 O_(2).This work not only demonstrates superior PEC degradation efficiency of hollow Co_(3)O_(4)-δ-MnO_(2)for practical use but also lays the cornerstone for constructing hollow binary oxides heterostructures through Ostwald ripening. 展开更多

In doing so, theessence of FFT can be seen more clearly, and the FFT of some wave functions can be derived more directly and concisely.We also point out that different FFT integral kernels correspond to different quantum mechanical representations. Based on the data from typical sites in the Jianghuai region,many kinds of soil layer seismic response are modeled by increasing and decreasing the measured values of shear velocity to a certain scale. The seismic response of soil layer sites are calculated using the one-dimensional equivalent linear method in the frequency domain by choosing the Taft,Kobe and El-centro records as the ground motion input. The results show that the impact of shear velocity variability on the surface ground motion is in relation to the soil layer structure and ground motion input parameters such as amplitude and spectral characteristic. With the increase of shear velocity,the PGA( peak ground acceleration)on the surface of site will increase,however,the characteristic period of the acceleration response spectra is decreasing. 展开更多

目的探讨生后6 h、3 d振幅整合脑电图(amplitude-integrated electroencephalogram,aEEG)与磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)预测窒息早产儿矫正年龄6个月时不良神经行为学发育的价值。方法对2017年12月至2019年6月在本院产... 目的探讨生后6 h、3 d振幅整合脑电图(amplitude-integrated electroencephalogram,aEEG)与磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)预测窒息早产儿矫正年龄6个月时不良神经行为学发育的价值。方法对2017年12月至2019年6月在本院产科分娩、因窒息转入新生儿病房住院的50例早产儿,出生后6 h内进行aEEG监测,随后1次/d,至少4 h/次,矫正胎龄40周时行头颅MRI检查,矫正年龄6个月时行Gesell发育诊断量表评估婴儿的神经运动发育功能,分为预后良好组及预后不良组。运用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计学分析,采用独立样本t检验与χ^2检验分析2组之间的差异;分析aEEG分级与MRI之间的关系,及它们对矫正年龄6个月时不良神经行为学发育的预测价值。结果不同aEEG的临床分级的早产儿MRI上的脑白质损伤(H=24.896,P<0.01)及颅内出血(H=29.245,P<0.01)程度存在差异。出生后6 h及3 d,aEEG预测不良预后的敏感性分别为96.2%、97.8%,特异性分别为56.2%、62.5%,阴性预测值分别为98.2%、99.0%,阳性预测值分别为37.8%、52.3%,正确指数分别为52.4%、60.3%;aEEG结合MRI预测神经行为学预后的敏感性(90.0%、97.0%)、特异性(89.0%、99.0%)、阴性预测值(99.2%、99.5%)、阳性预测值(80.6%、88.5%)、正确指数(79.0%、96.0%)均有提高。结论采用aEEG与MRI影像学相结合,提高了对神经发育预后的预测价值,可以为窒息早产儿脑损伤的临床随访及干预提供更好的判断依据。 展开更多

以香菇为原料,通过单因素试验测定不同切片厚度、热风温度及装载量条件下香菇的干基含水率、水分比及干燥速率变化,通过三因素三水平的响应面试验对热风干燥的工艺参数进行优化,比较香菇在热风干燥前后可溶性蛋白质、总酚含量及1,1-二苯... 以香菇为原料,通过单因素试验测定不同切片厚度、热风温度及装载量条件下香菇的干基含水率、水分比及干燥速率变化,通过三因素三水平的响应面试验对热风干燥的工艺参数进行优化,比较香菇在热风干燥前后可溶性蛋白质、总酚含量及1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基清除率的变化。结果表明:单因素试验中切片厚度在3~12 mm、热风温度在50~70℃、装载量在5~15 g/dm2范围时香菇干基含水率、水分比及干燥速率较合适;响应面试验优化后各工艺参数的最佳组合为切片厚度4.99 mm、热风温度55.21℃、装载量7.88 g/dm2;经热风干燥后香菇的可溶性蛋白质及游离氨基酸含量无显著下降,而总酚含量及DPPH自由基清除率都较干燥前显著降低,说明热风干燥可以较好保留香菇中可溶性蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量,但对香菇总酚含量及抗氧化活性的破坏较大。 展开更多

FexMnCe1-AC低温SCR催化剂SO2中毒机理研究 被引量:11

以活性炭为载体,通过超声辅助浸渍法制备了一系列FexMnCe1-AC催化剂,考察了该系列催化剂的低温NH3-SCR脱硝活性,确立了活性最佳的催化剂,并探究了SO2对其脱硝性能的影响。结果表明,Fe0.1MnCe1-AC催化剂低温脱硝活性最高,在120~220℃范围... 以活性炭为载体,通过超声辅助浸渍法制备了一系列FexMnCe1-AC催化剂,考察了该系列催化剂的低温NH3-SCR脱硝活性,确立了活性最佳的催化剂,并探究了SO2对其脱硝性能的影响。结果表明,Fe0.1MnCe1-AC催化剂低温脱硝活性最高,在120~220℃范围内NO的转化率均在90%以上(无SO2)。此外,在180℃、SO2浓度为429 mg/m^3时,该催化剂仍能保持77%左右的脱硝率。通过BET、XRD、XPS、H2-TPR、NH3-TPD、FT-IR、TGA等表征手段对催化剂的SO2中毒机理进行了分析。研究发现,SO2能与NH3及催化剂中金属组分生成硫酸铵盐((NH4)2SO4、(NH4)2SO3)、MnSO4等物质,改变了原催化剂孔道结构并减少了催化剂表面Bronsted和Lewis酸性位点,抑制了催化剂吸附NH3的能力。更多地,SO2促使催化剂中Mn^4+、Ce^3+、Fe^3+和Fe^3+-OH^-基团数量下降,表面可还原物质减少,从而降低了催化剂的脱硝活性。 展开更多

目的研究母乳喂养对新生儿组织血氧饱和度的影响,并初步探讨其原因。方法选取2018年12月至2019年4月在安徽医科大学第三附属医院住院治疗的足月新生儿60例作为研究对象,其中30例母乳喂养(母乳喂养组),30例配方奶喂养(配方奶喂养组)。用... 目的研究母乳喂养对新生儿组织血氧饱和度的影响,并初步探讨其原因。方法选取2018年12月至2019年4月在安徽医科大学第三附属医院住院治疗的足月新生儿60例作为研究对象,其中30例母乳喂养(母乳喂养组),30例配方奶喂养(配方奶喂养组)。用近红外组织血氧参数无损检测仪(NIRS)分别检测受试患儿喂奶前、喂奶时、喂奶后的脑组织血氧饱和度指数(cTOI)、肠道组织血氧饱和度指数(sTOI)、脑组织血红蛋白浓度指数(cTHI)、肠道组织血红蛋白浓度指数(sTHI)。结果母乳喂养组中,cTOI在喂养时升高至(63.42±2.55)%,较喂养前(61.13±2.80)%升高,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.04,P<0.05),喂养后降为(62.19±2.44)%,与喂养前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。配方奶喂养组喂养前、喂养时和喂养后cTOI分别为(61.70±2.25)%,(61.74±2.15)%和(61.12±2.05)%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。母乳喂养组中,cTHI在喂养时显著升高至(1.31±0.37)mmol/(L·min),较喂养前(1.04±0.35)mmol/(L·min)升高,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.52,P<0.05),喂养后升高至(1.36±0.39)mmol/(L·min),与喂养时比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。配方奶喂养组喂养前、喂养时和喂养后cTHI分别为(1.28±0.33)mmol/(L·min),(1.29±0.39)mmol/(L·min)和(1.33±0.42)mmol/(L·min),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。母乳喂养组中sTOI和sTHI呈下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。配方奶喂养组中sTOI和sTHI比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论母乳喂养可以使cTOI升高,其原因可能是母乳更好地激活新生儿大脑自动调节机制,使其脑血流灌注、氧供增加,对新生儿的脑组织血流动力学变化产生积极影响。 展开更多

针对当前工业生产线上对涡流检测设备多通道、高速化的需求,设计了一种可应用于在线检测的多通道涡流检测系统。系统由涡流信号处理电路、多通道数据采集系统、基于Vxworks系统的实时控制计算机、数据管理计算机以及相关软件组成。涡流... 针对当前工业生产线上对涡流检测设备多通道、高速化的需求,设计了一种可应用于在线检测的多通道涡流检测系统。系统由涡流信号处理电路、多通道数据采集系统、基于Vxworks系统的实时控制计算机、数据管理计算机以及相关软件组成。涡流信号处理电路的激励频率范围为300 Hz^3 MHz,灵敏度0~72 dB可调。多通道数据采集系统能同时对四路涡流检测信号进行采集,每个通道采集率可达200 K,能够满足1 200 m/min生产线上穿过式涡流检测的需求。涡流检测数据可通过PC104总线送往实时控制计算机以进行缺陷识别和标注。数据管理计算机可实时显示当前检测试件的阻抗平面图并储存缺陷数据,还可对检测参数进行调节以适应不同的检测条件。薄壁铜管的穿过式涡流检测实验表明,系统具备多通道检测能力,检测信号信噪比高,对0.6 mm微小缺陷有很好的检测效果。 展开更多

“躺平”作为一种社会现象,其表层特质是不在乎别人说什么、做什么,只管自己躺平,是一种以“低欲望”为媒介表征,以“自嘲”的话语姿态寻求自我解压的生活方式。“躺平”现象实质上是一场由边缘青年群体掀起的反抗“内卷化”时代焦虑的... “躺平”作为一种社会现象,其表层特质是不在乎别人说什么、做什么,只管自己躺平,是一种以“低欲望”为媒介表征,以“自嘲”的话语姿态寻求自我解压的生活方式。“躺平”现象实质上是一场由边缘青年群体掀起的反抗“内卷化”时代焦虑的青年亚文化运动。以“躺平”现象的媒介表征及其自我实践作为研究路径,发现“阶层跃升”不畅和消费主义泛滥是我国社会语境下“躺平”现象的根本诱因,青年群体通过参照极简主义的模式践行“躺平”,抵抗“内卷”。因此,为避免“躺平”浪潮带来的消极社会影响,既要发挥主流文化对青年亚文化的价值引领作用,又要提升大众媒介塑造正向价值的功能。此外,青年群体自身更是关键,要树立正确的价值观,在认识历史和反思现实的过程中正视生活中的困难。 展开更多
